Welcome to the story. Before we begin, there are a few things I want to state here as a pretext for what's to come. First, this is an original male reader insert story. It is NOT a follow up to my Ghostbusters male reader insert and should be considered its own continuity. This story focuses on a new team of Ghostbusters and takes inspiration from various parts of the franchise, including the movies, videogames, cartoon, merchandise, and just some fun concepts I came up with.
Second, throughout the story you will be presented with various choices as to what equipment you are using. That's right. You get to customize your ghostbusting gear. This will include basic gear such as the proton pack, particle thrower, PKE meter, etc. as well as more detailed offerings such as the uniform and even Ecto-1!
