Facts about the characters before we start:

Giyuu Kamado. Age 24. Has been a doctor for 4 years. Profesional. One day, someone comes into his office who made him go crazy. Big brother of Tanjiro.

Sanemi Shinazugawa. Age 20. The younger Shinazugawa brother ( for this AU ). Is a trans man. Wears glasses. His older brother booked him to a doctor's appointment.  ( I wonder what happens here :D )

Genya Shinazugawa. Age 26. The older Shinazugawa brother ( again, only for this AU ). He knows that Sanemi likes Giyuu, so he booked an appointment with Giyuu in Sanemi's name. He knows what he's doing ;)

Genya's POV:

From what I saw, my little brother, Sanemi, kinda has a thing for Dr. Kamado ( Giyuu ). I've had an appointment with him. He's a great doctor. And that's when he introduced his little brother, Tanjiro.

He's now my fiancé.

Anyway, I booked a doctor's appointment for my brother with Giyuu, because that day, I brought Sanemi with me. When he saw Giyuu, he immediately started stammering, turning red. So that's why I did this. I know I won't regret it. "Hey, Sanemi!" I shouted, because he was still upstairs ( it was morning ). He came running down the stairs, adjusting his glasses. "What's up, Aniki?" He asked me. "You'll have an appointment with Dr. Kamado on Thursday. I booked it for you a few minutes ago." I explained to him, pretending to not know anything. "Wait. Giyuu?!" He shouted, suprised and red. "Yes. He's the only doctor I can trust to handle you." That's partly true. The actual reason I booked this 'checkup' is because I'm trying to get them together ( pretty obvious ). "O-ok.." he muttered. It's obvious he has a crush on that guy. He was so fuckin red..

Sanemi's POV:

I can't believe my brother booked a doctor's appointment. With Giyuu.. I'm gonna have to prepare my mental strength for this checkup.

( Timeskip to Thursday )

Damn. It's my appointent today, at 08.00 pm. And right now is 07.47 pm.

I need to get ready.

I brushed my hair, put my glasses on, wore something casual, took my car keys and drove to the clinic.

I arrived there shortly after, went to the front desk and asked the lady "Hello, which room is an appointment for the name Sanemi Shinazugawa?" "Hello! It's the room 029. It's to the left!" The lady explained cheerfully. I thanked her and walked the direction she told me to go to. I can literally feel my heart pounding in my chest.

I've never been this nervous in my whole life..

Giyuu's POV:

I was waiting for Sanemi to get here. I didn't expect my friend and brother in-law, Genya, to book him with me.

I guess Genya knows I like Sanemi.

Then, the door creaked opened. "Excuse me," Sanemi said quietly. "You must be Sanemi Shinazugawa, right?" I asked him for confirmation. " Yes.." He confirmed. He seemed nervous. "Let's start with the tests, alright?" I said to him. "Ok, Dr. Kamado.." He softly spoke. "Please call me Giyuu. We know eachother. You're my friend's brother." "O-ok, Giyuu.."He blurted, seemingly flustered. 'Hm. He looks so cute like that. I wonder how he'll look like after what I'll do to him after the actual tests..' I thought.

( Timeskip cuz idk what happens at a checkup :D )

Sanemi's POV:

I'm glad it's over, or I might just explode from being so fucking flustered. "Now everything's done. You're perfectly healthy." Giyuu said to me. But, before I could reply, he said "But, I have one more test for you to do." I wonder what it is.
