— Valentina : "I don't know what I want, but I know it's not this." 𝜗𝜚₊˚ —

Cute and small. Those two words were what Valentina loved the most in the things that surrounded her. Cute and small things were endearing to look at as they were equally beautiful to squash... and there was no one she wanted to squash more than that pathetic man.

Why, that was Kaito, of course! The same fucking idiot who hasn't come to see her all day!

As the hallways murmured with the chatter of students passing between classes and the sun shining through the windows like it was a Disney movie, Valentina was quite irritated as she moved through the crowd. Even her shoulder checking everyone in her path didn't make her feel better. Neither did making Kusuke eat his homework earlier. That always cheered her up!

She was... 'peeved'. That was the easiest way to explain it. The feeling that bubbled into her smile bitterly only got worse as she spotted Kaito. Once again he was doing that weird massage thing with the stupidest man she had ever met, Chao.

"Miss Valentina!" The red haired fellow almost instantly seemed to perk up as she approached their corner of the hallway. His hands quickly leaving Chao's shoulders.

Chao was quick to take notice too, a polite smile spreading across his face as he stepped off to the side. Her eyes followed him as he did that ninety degree angle bow. "Good morning, young la-"

Chao's voice was cut short with his own squeak. More than likely caused by the fact she grabbed a fistful of his hair and kept him bent down.

"Kaitoooo! Have you been ignoring me all day?" Valentina whined almost dramatically, wiggling around Chao's head in the process. The boy limply letting her do so.

Kaito's eyebrows were quick to furrow as he shook his head. It was a good thing he had those glasses straps or, by now, those glasses would've gone flying. "No-! I haven't! Chao and I have just been very busy..."

"Indeed! We have been surveying all the dear chaps on our abilities!" Chao chirped in before quickly shutting up as she tightened her hold on his hair. "Let me guess... everyone gave you two zero's?" She hummed as she tilted her head.

Kaito shook his head once again, "We got pretty good scores, actually! Chao got a two from Sho, Koji gave us both tens, and Chiyoko didn't yell at me this time!" He hummed it almost like he was proud. She could only imagine how many had to hold back their urge to slap them.

"The evening awaits us, as Kaito will be visiting my home today to show my beloved houseworkers how he has improved!" Chao butted in once again with a very proud hum, one that was quickly followed by a pained sound.

"No he isn't." She said a bit flatly until Kaito looked back to her now. "I'm not?" He repeated back.

Valentina blinked for a moment before a smile grew on her face. The cogs in her brain turning into one singular thought. "No, you aren't! You're already coming to my house!" She said it like it was some well known fact, watching the disbelief cross his face before she quickly changed her tone. "Unless you don't wanna hang out with me..?"

The pout on her lips and the quiet tone seemed to wake Kaito up real quick as he stepped forward. Waving his hands in front of him awkwardly. "Of course not! I'd be more than glad to go with you, Miss Valentina!" He reassured before giving a small glance to Chao, "Chao-"

"Don't even fret, dear friend!" Chao hummed as he was still staring down at the floor, the pain of Valentina's nails digging in making his bow a bit shaky, "I shall spend my time with dear friend Daiki at the shrine, instead!"

"Make sure you tell him to nail himself up like christ, next!" Valentina chirped as she finally let go of Chao's hair all together. Earning a small nervous look from Kaito but her mind was elsewhere now.

She was happy! Very happy in fact! Once again she has ruined Kaito's chance to hang out with someone else so she can isolate him all to herself! How amazing! "Be outside by dismissal, Kaito! Or you'll get ten lashings!"

"R-Right! I'll be there on time, Miss Valentina!" Kaito nodded like a solider on the field before she turned around. A bounce in her step as she walked down the hallway the same direction she had come.

Amazing, and very entertaining! She was practically in joy thinking about how Kaito might be scared shitless at her house or feel nervous the entire time. So excited that she even indulged herself in a rough shoulder check against Rei as she left back to her next classroom.
