I flop onto my bed my sigh lingering on the walls. My gown and my hair spread across my bed. "I honestly cant believe I passed my history class" I spoke to my ceiling.
I roll to my side and pick up my phone where I left it this morning and text my gpod friend Virex
I passed.
Two seconds later my phone rang.
"I KNEW YOU WOULD!" their voice sang.  Virex was half siren half demon.  We can mate with any species other than humans. There was a fight over a king and our side won but we took a lot of the humans before we got to our goal. The humans called that war the black plague the church didnt want to let the lesser know there was more than just humans on this planet.

"I know but I was so stressed" I replied.
"Well Bathi, ypu only had the realms best tutor" they said.
"Yes, but he was to handsy for me. Maybe you could take him for a spin for me"
"Oh my sweet innocent Bathi you've missed out on so much because of your status"
"Tell me about it" I groaned.
As princess Im to remain pure until my wedding night so that a connection could.be made n properly with my betrothed. Which if you ask me is bullshit but here we are.
"Have you been told what kingdom you're going to go visit first?" Virex asked.
"There's whispers of it being the wolves or the humans" I replied.
"I hear the humans are vile creatures, destroying their kingdom so they can seek refuge in others"
"Ive heard the rumors too. But honestly from what I could gather from our history not all of them are as bad as we think" I replied.
"Speaking like a true aristocrat" virex chuckled.

There was a knock on my door.
"Got to go duty calls" I said hanging up the phone just sat up and smoothed my hair amd dress. Once I was back proper "come in"
My lady in waiting opened the door. "His majesty calls for your presence madam" she said bowing.
"Luneth what have I told you about bowing to me?" I groaned at her.
A smile played on her lips.
"From the rumors you're going to miss it" she replied.
"Oh thats never a good sign" I say leading her out of my room.
"From what the rumors are saying your first realms visit is going to be with the humans. And you're not soultied to a noble either. Your father is upset" she whispered "I hear hes going to tey to get the wolves to take you sp he can work with the witches to tie you to a noble"

I nodded. The corridors of the castle were drafty but living in hell the breeze was hot over cold. My black amd red dress flowed freely. My belt with my rams head skull was fastened around my waist. My dark hair flowed down my back pinned around my.horns. my wings  folded against my skin. Waiting for my calling.

Approaching the throne room doors i took a steadying breath the guards waited for my nod before opening the door and announcing my presence. 
I stepped quickly a d lightly to my father's throne. Taking in the extra company there was king Garret amd queen Elizabeth from the wolf realm. King Daniel and queen Rose from the fae realm. King Hale and queen Mary from the vampire realm king Andrew and queen Sarah from the witches realm and the male and female respresentives from the human world Henry and jasmine.

I walked over to my father kissing him lightly on the cheek. "You called papa?" I asked sitting at his side.

"Yes, we need to discuss which kingdom you'll visit first." He said gesturing to the court.

"As I was saying your majesty i believe she'll benefit better if she visited the human realm first. Its quite unlike the rest of the realms" King Daniel had spoke up.
"I agree with king Daniel" queen Elizabeth said
"There's human world has a lot to teach her since its so unique and has many laws for the lands versus a few laws for our realms"king Hale agreed.
"She can learn a lot from that realm. She can get the most overwhelming realm finished first. And she can then come home and rest before visiting the rest of our realms" queen Sarah spoke.
"Our realm amd her soultie are ready should you decide to lend her to the human realm, we've tried getting her a noble soul tie but there just isnt one available at this moment" The male representative Henry said.

I saw my Father's hand tighten on hos arm rest. My mother amd i both took each of his hands to soothe him.
"How long would i be in the human realm if I went now?" I asked.
"In human years, 45 years, your soul tie is a 15 year old female. She has a sense that something is about to change but she doesn't know what yet." The female replied.
I nodded. I looked at my father. His face was unreadable. His breathing almost undetectable. "Give us a few moments I will have Fin escort you to the dinning room where refreshments will be served." My mother said.  Fin always lingering nearby appeared guiding the guests away.

Once the room was empty my father exploded. "I will not let my daughter have soul ties with some commoner." He snarled his hands snapping his arm rests.
"Papa, what is more common in the human realm commoners or nobles?" I asked quietly

"It doesn't matter, you are a princess i will not let you live like a mere poor." He snapped as he started pacing.

I looked at my mother "The human realm is vastly different from our realms. There are more common people than nobles, more suffering than there is anywhere else in all of the realms combined. I can understand your father's worries. But I must also look out for what is going to be best for all." My mother said.

"Ill go to the human realm, ill live as this common girl would." I said
My dad snarled spinning towards us.
"You'll go to the fae realm first." He said

"Papa, you know I love you, but if im going to understand the human realm I need to know how a majority of them live, commoner or not. We cant afford another war like last time. Both our realm and theor realm were nearly destroyed." I said my voice steady.

"You and your mother are so much alike my child. I do not wish that type of suffering upon you my child" he said kneeling before me and taking my hands.

"Papa, as princess and future queen I must do my duty to tbis realm and all the others." I said squeezing his hands. And looking at his ruby eyes.

"If that is what you wish. My child then it shall be done. Ill go inform the court and make the preparations needed." He stood up and left the room leaving my mother and I alone.

"Im proud of you Bathi, you spoke like a true queen." My mother praised.

She kissed my forehead amd followed my father. I sat back in my chair and sighed. I just hoped I didnt regret this decision later.
