Moving all the way from Bangkok, Thailand to Brighton Island was a huge change but it seemed worth it to Mawin 'Win' Tancharoen as it meant going to a good school. Which would eventually help him get a good job, and then he'd be able to pay off the debts his deadbeat father had left behind.
He had a simple plan to survive the years at REU.
1 Don't talk to anyone unless you absolutely need to. 2 Don't get involved in drama. 3 Ignore potential bullies.
They were easy to understand and do as he spent his entire life in the background. Win's biggest nightmare was being in the spotlight, becoming the main character of some niche romance or drama. He would hate that.
But that plan is instantly shattered when it turns out he has been assigned to the girl's dormitory. And even worse, his roommates are practically royal elite...well royalty.
Now, not only does he have to deal with his new roommate's shenanigans and their super 'dark romance' cliche boyfriends who want him dead for being their roommate (as if he had the fucking choice!). He also has to deal with a persistent couple who have fallen head over heels for him (he has no idea who they are??) and want him all to themselves.
Gosh. This is world fucking sucks.
