Chapter one: what happens on the inside

Astrid's POV

Me and 29 other teens had just gotten captured by our enemys and were now on our way to their hideout

Most of the other teens were either asleep, crying quietly, or doing nothing but thinking. I was one of the ones just sitting there thinking of what is next to come.

The thing that was nagging at me most was the fact that our parents were dead on the ground when we were taken and what these enimys of ours were going to do to us.

We had finally hit wherever their hide out was. Once we had fully stopped, a man came and opened the back door and took us all out one by one roughly.

I was the last pulled out and because I was the last, I had a harder pull on my arm to get me out.

The man and his men had shoved us all into a cell with a few girls. They said they would be back to make us pay.

When they had returned, they had whips, knives, chains, bascially any weapon they could find

Then they took Elsa, the youngest of us who is 14.

They chained her up then they started to whip her and beat her up with there fists as she cried and begged them to stop

While they did this, they made the rest of us watch in horry and cry and beg for them to stop but they didn't.

Since I am the oldest and i was feeling brave, I did something no one would do

I yelled "Hey you, let Elsa go and take me" and they did just that.

I was beaten, slapped, whipped, chained up, whipped with chains, cuts across my arms twice, and some much more.

When they finished they through me back to my cell and left there to be in pain.

Once I was in my cell, Elsa came over and tried to help me while thanking me.
