Recap of last night: "Well what did you think was going to happen once i became Queen?" "Kion shrugged "I don't know, i guess I just thought that you'd be the Queen and I just..be with you."

Kion woke up near the edge of the grassy plains with Rani still wrapped in his paws. Kion slowly untangled himself trying not to wake Rani up before he could stretch.
It hadn't been to much longer before Rani woke up to the smell of a freshly killed gazelle dropped at her head.
Rani's eyes shot open as the smell filled her nose. Kion was standing over her with a small smile on his face. "Mornin"
Rani sat up with a smile and shook her head slowly at Kion. "I though that's a job for the lionesses?" She said playfully.
"Hey, I've been on my own my whole life, I can do stuff too. Were the ones who are supposed to be protecting everyone but then here you and Nirmala come at the crime of the flea."
"Dang, I was just saying. And that's our job to protect this place. It's different if you're assigned to it... like it would be o-k? If you were asked to hunt."
"So.. your saying its not ok for me to hunt?"
"NO!..I..uh.. you know what I'm just gonna stop talking."
Kion smirked "calm down, I'm just pulling your tail. I know what you mean.
Rani didn't say anything, just frownd.
"Come on can't we just eat?" Kion begged.
"yah come on" Rani finally said. I need to go on patrol anyways and you can come."
Rani and Kion finished their food and started to make their way over to the Night Pride.
"Hey guys." Rani said once they got there. "You ready?"
Nirmala walked over followed by Surak then Baliyo. "Yah were ready, but don't you guys have stuff to do, you know since you're Queen and King now?
"Yah but things have been calm so I thought we'd join you guys today."
"Alright let's go then." Baliyo earged.
The five of them set off on patrol but after about an hour of patrolling and hanging out they heard an animal near the mountain pass.
"Help, somebody help me"
Surak's head whipped around, "did anyone else hear that?"
Rani looked around and heard more shouting still coming from the mountain pass. "Get Off Of Me....Someone Please Help!"
"Night Pride lets go!" Rani shouted leading everyone towards the commotion.
The Night Pride ran after Rani to the top of the mountain pass and saw a female tiger being attacked by a leopard.
"Hey! Let Her Go!" Rani screamed as Kion and the Night Pride slowly appeared into eyes view behind her.
The leopard looked up away from his next meal and saw five lions standing on top of a mountain pass. "Oh yah, why should I!"
Rani glared at him "Because if you don't you'll regret it."
The leopard laughed "please, I'm not afraid of a few lions."
"Well you should be."
The leopard raised an eyebrow as Rani started giving orders. "Nirmala tiger everyone else with me!"
