Two months earlier

'The down under has rebelled. This isn't a drill. The downunder has started fighting back.'

The head of the police said. The Downunder was a part of the city Hea-dal-gu, which was parted in two districts, the UpAbove and the DownUnder.

The UpAbove was like every normal city, bright, colourful, seemingly harmless. The DownUnder was located under the upabove, living in an underground civilasation.

The Upabove was mostly seen as the golden child of Hea-dal-gu, and the Downunder was the outcast. Often denied the acces to light, new clothes and priveleges. It was known for having a lot of crime, homelesness and a struggle for survival.

It was easy to differentiate between people from the Upabove and the Downunder. People from the Up were mostly tanned, had light hair, new, clean clothes and money. People from the Down were mostly pale, wore old and sometimes dirty clothes and had dark hair.

The population of the Down was smaller, but not weaker. They could go in the Up, just like Ups could descend to the Down, but most didn't.

The rivaly of the two sides was mutual, the Ups thought the Downs were dirty and the Downs thought the Ups were way too spoiled.

'We will not let them rise to power. I want at least two officers per district down there. You will be notified.'

The chief nodded, dismissing the meeting. a few minutes later, Chans department got a message. It read:

'Chan, Minho, Hyunjin, Changbin, you will be stationed in district 9. You will start tomorrow. Don't dissapoint. The rules will be sent to you shortly.'

Changbin groaned

"Why us? Don't they have enough rookies to send?"

"Stop complaining. Scared or what?"

Hyunjin shot back. He wasn't happy with this decision either, but they didn't have a choice.

"At least they send the whole team and not just one or two of us."

A new message plopped up at chan's desktop. The rules were sent out.

'1. Do not be violent unless needed. If you need to use violence, try to keep it as little as possible.
 2. Do not harm civilians that haven't doen anything illegal or offensive.
 3. Try to not injure yourslef or your partner. If an injury did occur, inform me or the at the time  responsible person.'

"That doesn't sound so bad."

Chan said, after reading the rules out loud. They truly were easy to follow, as they were almost the same as the usual ones.

"That sounds like a lot of work, if I'm honest."

Minho spoke up. The four of them have worked together for a long time, making them not only colleages but also pretty close friends.

"Oh come on Minho, stop being so pessemistic. I'm sure we'll be fine. It's not like we'll be fighting them. We're just there to assure that no serious crime happens. It's not that deep."

"it might not be, but it's still a hassle. Not everyone has such an easy going relationship to their lives like you, Hyunjin. Unlike you, I value my life and well being."

That left the man with outgrown blonde hair offended, as he turns away, back to the computer, on which he was definetly not playing snake.
