The Amish Life

The room

We get upstairs and I look around there is no lights not shower and no tv. The lady goes to leave and I ask her how do I shower and what do I wear u don't have any clothes. She takes me to the bathroom and shows me the bucket sitting in the tub. I look at her like she is crazy. "You want a shower you walk all the way down stairs , outside and to the water tank and fill up the bucket and bring it back here and do it as many times until the tub is full. When you get out of the tub you clothes are in the closet. Have fun." Then she walked out and shut the door. I take the bucket and walk outside and fill it with water , then walk back upstairs and pour it in the tub. I do this about 5 more times until the tub is full of water. Something I realized is no body wash or shampoo so I walk downstairs. I see the lady so i walk over to her " Mam where is the body wash and shampoo?" The lady looks at me and starts laughing  " what shampoo there is a cabinet full of it." So I walk back upstairs and look in the cabinet above the tub and I find shampoo ,bars of soap , 8rags and 8towels. Ok now I can take a bath.
