01 • last stall on the left

"And yet, it's big enough for like a gazillion monsters to show up for past centuries" Yokai deadpans at the Ninja. He glares at her before turning attention to the danger.

"My first monster fight. So honkin' cool!" Ninja whispers excitedly. "Ninja flip!" He flips down from the table he was standing onto the ground. The monster's giant presence towering over his physique. "Monster, get ready to get-" Before he could say anymore, the Monster punches him, sending him flying through a wall. Howard cringes as he pulled out his phone to type a message. "Eesh-! Cunningham, get back here. The Ninja is totally getting p'wned."

Once it's attention is off the Ninja, it turns to the Yokai. "Ho boy. Alright, alright. It's okay, you got this." Yokai does a few second warm ups before bringing her fists up, taking a battle stance. When it got close enough, she duck and weaved dodging it's attack. Her body bursting to blue flames, zipping through the air appearing behind the monster to deliver a kick.

If fell onto it's knees, before it got up, she jumped onto it's shoulders and proceeded to deliver a series of punches on the head. Once successfully on it's feet, it shakes it's entire body, trying to get the Yokai off. Struggling to keep balance, she braces as the monster leans it's back hard against the wall, the Yokai taking full force of the brunt of the impact, trapped between the wall and the monster.

Letting go of the head, she slid down the wall. Not getting enough reaction time, the Monster turns around and punches her through the wall like it did with the Ninja.

Meanwhile with the Ninja, he ended hitting his back to a bunch of lockers. He received a notification from his phone, taking it out to read what it says. "I wouldn't say I'm getting p'wnd." He denies the message as the Yokai appears beside him, her back hitting the lockers as well. The Monster roars in front of them until the Ninja delivers a kick to it's face. It falls on it's back but immediately got up, turning to them with an expression that clearly shows that it's not happy after that stunt. "Uh oh." The monster punches him again, but before that the Yokai positions her body behind the Ninja hoping to cushion his fall. The idea worked as they both fell down a flight of stairs reaching the bottom, the Yokai's back on the floor with the Ninja on top of her.

"Oh man, I am getting p'wnd."

"Your not the only one." She groans in pain, realizing the position they were in, both their faces turn red, but the monster caught behind them. "Ninja sprint!" He quickly picks himself up, tugging on her wrist and drags her with him. "Wha- Hey!" Running down the hall to an empty bathroom. Ninja tugs Yokai's wrist once more, pulling her with him into a bathroom stall.

"What're you-"

"Shush!" Ninja lifts his index finger up to her lips, signaling her to be quiet. The intense atmosphere is so heavy that is covers the awkward thought of their bodies being so close to eachother. His left hand on her waist; her right hand over on his shoulders, neither of them dare to say anything, while struggling to fit on the surface of the toilet seat.

The monster roars as it punches open each stall door one by one, it reaches the final one to reveal the two heroes, who are basically hugging eachother. "Well, this is awkward..." Yokai mutters. "We weren't hiding from you, if that's what you think." Ninja comments as it roars again, stomping over, the three of us trapped in a single stall, loud crashes and screams can be heard behind it.

After that, the two managed to escape under the door. The bell rings, "Ugh. Now what?" Ninja groans, lifting his scarf away from view, he picks up a metal pipe from the ground and barricaded the stall door trapping the monster inside. Just as he was about to leave, Yokai calls out to him. "Hey, wait! We can't leave this thing here!"
