As I lay in my state of slumber, I feel as the rays of sunshine begin to beam through my curtains. Sadly that wasn't the only thing waking me up, I'd prefer that to hearing the loud booming coming from my door as my sister pounds her fists into it. In a desperate attempt to awaken me from my precious slumber.
" Y/n GET UPPP"
I hear her scream from the other side of the door.
She really doesn't know how to stay quiet. I cover my head with my pillow trying to silence her yells. Somehow it's like she senses it because she began to get louder.
" IT IS TIME TO GO IM NOT WAITING ON U FOREVER LIKE YESTERDAY."
I finally pull my self out of the comfort of my bed to open my door, in hopes to get her to stop screaming.
" You barely had to wait 10 minutes Lily, stop being dramatic "
I say as I push past her to head down stairs.
" Still I'm driving you so the least you could do is be on time. Get ready I'll be in the car "
To translate that means hurry up I'm waiting.
" Yeah whatever"
I go back into my room just throwing on jeans and a My Chemical Romance t shirt, pairing it with my old beat up converse heading down stairs. I grab a donut from the fridge and rush out the door head phones in hand. As I approach the car I can already hear the excruciating sound of that overhyped pop band blaring from her speakers.
A clear sign this day is already off to a bad start.
