As I got into bed, I picked up my James Patterson book when the phone rang. Hello, honey, it's me, Paul. How are you doing, sweetheart? Are you thinking about me? All the time, Paul, there is never a moment when I cannot stop thinking about you, darling. Maybe I will dream of you tonight. Tomorrow, Robert is coming over in the evening, and we will go shopping with him and have dinner out too. I'm glad to have fun. Tell Robert that I said hi, sure I will say so, he seems already to be very fond of you and is so happy for us, and most of all, he has a new brother in the family, got something to say, looks like my sister Avril, the younger one, has a crush on Robert. Chapter 9.
Getting ready for my wedding day and date. I had to meet with my brother and let him and dad know that I am about to name my wedding date, and I do have a day and date ready, which will be June 7th. Robert will be coming over today, and we will be going for dinner. I'm so happy as the months pass by so quickly.
Sitting at the kitchen table with my laptop, trying to catch up with work and all emails. Robert is holding a brown paper package. Looking at him, he says, "This is for you." I pull on the blue ribbon bow, untying it. There is a jewel box inside, which is a gold chain with a small cross. Robert helps put it on me and kisses me on the forehead, and I give him a big hug. We were close to each other ever since we were kids nothing could ever tare us apart.
Suddenly the phone rings, I guess I know who is calling but I was wrong as I pick up the phone it is dad after a long time, catching up with all the happenings, and ready to ask dad to come over some day as I have a surprise for him, okay says dad, what is the big surprise Skyla, dad not over the phone come over will tell you all about it. Can I pop in for a few minutes tomorrow as I'm busy dutying up the garage? And making some space to put my car in instead of leaving it out. It makes sense, Dad, that is what a garage is for, and I can hear him laughing.
