birth

A gentle breeze blows leaves and flowers toward the window of one of the ground-floor rooms in the hospital, specifically the maternity ward. The windows are open, letting in the warm morning light. The wind brings a cherry blossom to a small pillow. A pillow on which a little girl, about half an hour old, is sleeping. She is a newborn. The mother notices the flower that has come to her daughter's head and smiles gently. Then she picks her up, hugs her gently, and covers her with the blanket, saying in a calm, affectionate voice, "Isn't it strange that the wind brings a flower to you?" ... (laughs quietly) What a lucky little girl you are...
The silence of that moment is broken by a loud knock on the door. They are siblings, and the father of the newborn is a 16-year-old girl named Celeste and her brother, Arthur, is 10. Arthur then says in an excited voice, "Arthur: Where is she?! Where is my little sister?! " Celeste: (Approaches her mother and looks at the baby happily) She is so tiny and beautiful!  Arthur: I want to eat her.
A moment of silence fell over the place, then the child's father hit Arthur on the head.
Father: Have you lost your mind?
Arthur: It's not my fault she's so beautiful.
Celesse looked at her new sister with great interest and then said in surprise:
Celesse: What is that strange mark on her cheek? Could it be that she has great power?
Mother: I think so. The mark is also large and dark black... I've never seen any power with the same symbol before.
Father: (A look of shock and fear appears on his face, then he quickly takes a book out of his bag and flips through it frantically.) Does that mean she does? That can't be!
Mother: Calm down, dear. What's wrong? What are you doing?
Father stops flipping through the book, stops at a certain page, and looks at his new daughter.
Father: I don't want to spoil our joy, but... I think her power is "darkness."
Mother: Darkness? What is this ability? I've never heard of it before.
Celesse: Does this have anything to do with the mark on her right cheek?
Father: I think so.  Oh my god, this ability is incredibly dangerous... Every time I read another word in this book, my shock increases.
Mother: Stop this farce! Our daughter is fine... Just read what I found there.
Father takes a deep breath and begins reading the contents of the book.
"Darkness" is the first ability and the origin of all abilities. Without it, there would be no other abilities, because darkness is like the sum of everything in one.
Darkness is considered a forbidden power for several reasons, including how the power of darkness works.
Darkness works by allowing you to wield this ability and use it, you can destroy an enemy with a single touch. Darkness is activated through the body, or by constructing bodies or weapons from the power itself. For example, use the power by turning your little finger black, and now anything you touch with that finger will die and evaporate so quickly that you won't even see the death scene. The more you use the power, the more terrifying and dangerous it is, because just 10% of it is capable of destroying and obliterating an entire city.  Darkness, or the spirit of darkness, focuses not only on offense but also on defense. The wielder of the ability is literally immortal, capable of repairing any damage with extreme speed. The wielder's body is capable of breaking down poisons, regenerating severed limbs, and healing diseases. The wielder can alter their body as they please, for example, by adding wings, making their body smaller or larger, or literally anything else. Power is centered on the wielder's imagination. The more imaginative their imagination is, and the more capable they are of envisioning what they want to do with their ability, the more dangerous their ability becomes. Therefore, I consider this ability forbidden by the laws of Tana Village. No one has ever possessed it since the village's inception. All of this information is not merely information passed down to everyone by the first kings of the village. The last letter from the kings was a categorical warning against this ability, ordering them to stay away from its owners and banish them. Everyone kept this information hidden, and they remained fearful of this ability until this day.  It was the father reading and he was still shocked by what he had just read, but he sighed quietly and approached his wife and hugged her and their three children and said calmly: Even if my daughter was a monster, a demon, or a ghost... I don't care, I will love her despite everything...
