On December 7th 1989, the flawless heir to the Gojo clan was born. Beautiful and practically glowing straight out of the womb. White hair so pure it seemed to bleach the tangy sweat of the delivery room. Instead it was easily overpowered by the natural sweet milkiness. And eyes so blue and clear they drowned every other thought - a trance. The boy that could do anything and get anything without even trying. Satoru Gojo.
His mother breathed into the natural sweet milkiness of Satoru's hair before he was wrenched from her hands by one of the Elders.
The perfect son born into a 'perfect' family.
But no matter how many riches or power he had, there was always someone watching: a maid cleaning his room whilst her eyes trace around him, a butler who followed him for his every need but hushed at his every word, and cameras that blinked every so often in Satoru's direction.
When he turned five he realised it wasn't that hard for him to escape the watchful eyes of his prison. He'd always get dragged back but a couple hours were enough. A couple hours where he could kick some rocks in the glistening ripples of Kamo river or dip his hand to feel the mineral chill of the water. Perhaps burn through an office worker's salary where the employees bowed down to him like royalty. He could climb a cherry blossom tree in town. The clouds would slowly float past and the petals would dance and twirl in the sky before they landed on his alabaster-like skin. Satoru would watch the normal people pass by. Pitiful people. Yet the way they laughed and swayed despite only leaving with small crinkled bag stirred something inside him.
It was always the same. Be a good boy before he can run away to play again till he gets caught.
Stay, run, play, caught.
Stay, run, play, caught.
Stay. Run. Play. Caught.
