Self Remarked Glory

Prologue

An: This is an complete original work, I am doing this basically for school so it will be written on a chromebook. None of the characters will have face models, because I don't think they need them for now. Based in NYC. The main character is a Japanese college transfer student. This is not going to be short.

Kyara had planned the transfer for a long time before actually doing it. Kyara had planned to transfer into NYC for college for years now. She had been unhappy with life in Japan for her entire life, so this transfer was not just her moving to NYC for a year. She had been packing all her stuff that she needed for days now, even though she only leaves in a week.

The week went slowly for Kyara, she was waiting to leave Japan every day and the days felt like years. Kyara was now rushing to the airport on the day she was leaving with all her stuff. The flight was a economy flight on ANA, a Japanese airline. After the long flight she landed in Kennedy airport in New York. Kennedy airport was an entirely new experience for her. Kyara got a taxi to go into her apartment, that she shares with her new roommates. Kyara got into the apartment and greeted her new roommates, that were both American and about the same age as Kyara.

One of her roommates was a short girl, almost only half as tall as Kyara is. The other roommate was an average American girl, they all are in the same college. Her roommates had cooked food, as it was 6pm in America, but for Kyara it would've been 7 in the morning, so she would've barely even woke up, if even that. One of her roommates name was Kira and the other one was Lola. Kyara asked Kira "What did you cook?" Kira answered from the sofa in the lounge "I cooked some pasta and a sauce." Kyara smiled and then walked into the kitchen. Kyara said to both of her roommates now "Kyoto was so different to what I've seen here." Kira asked Kyara "You lived in Kyoto?" Kyara nodded and then Lola said "Our old roommate actually moved to Kyoto before you got here."

Kyara and her roommates now ate dinner and after talked about life plans and anything important to Kyara, since she only moved to New York that day. They slowly went to sleep after a while. The next morning was the first day of college for Kyara, but not for Lola and Kira. Kyara got a ride from Lola, since Lola had her own car. Kyara was introduced into her class during AP English. Kyara had no struggle with English as she was the top 1 student in her class in Kyoto by miles.

English went by fast and after English it was already lunch time. Kyara sat with Lola and Kira, as they were the only people she knew. Lola asked Kyara "I heard you're in AP English? How's that going for you?" Kyara nodded and answered "Yeah I am in AP English and it's been going well now, since I am amazing at English it's not so hard." Lunch went by silently after that. The next class Kyara had was Physics. Kyara was not interested in physics at all, because she never liked it at all and she is terrible in physics. Physics was the second last class Kyara had for the day. For the last class Kyara had Japanese, due to her being born there it was her mother language. The day was very chill for Kyara.

Kyara had to wait for Lola a little, so she could get a ride back to their apartment. Lola asked Kyara during the ride "How'd the first day go?" Kyara replied "It went pretty well, although I hate physics it went well." Kyara and her roommates all decided to watch a movie together after college. After finishing the movie they decided to eat, since it was getting kind of late and time to eat. Lola suggested ordering food, since they were all tired. Lola asked Kyara and Kira "What do you two want to eat? I am ordering." Kyara answered shortly after thinking "I want some sushi." Kira replied shortly after "I kind of want some ramen." Lola then nodded and replied "Alright, Japanese food it is."

Lola ordered the food and they started waiting for it. The three of them decided to start watching a movie, while waiting for the food to come. They started watching a random movie called "Nerve". After around 20 minutes of waiting the food came to the door, and the door rang. They ate the food very peacefully. The day ended there and they went to sleep.

AN: Shorter than I wanted to make it but I don't care, because I wanted to start progress on this sooner but forgot.
