she returned through one of doctor strange's portals with peter. she was then reunited with her father and pepper—staying as close as possible to them during the battle of earth. she saw her father's sacrifice, not leaving his side in his final moments. her world had ended, then and there. that battle changed her—made her more independent, slightly closed off. however, she did meet her morgan stark, her half-sister. she immediately grew a soft spot for the young girl. not only did she remind her of her father, but also of her when she was that age. she ends up living in the lake house with pepper and morgan until they moved into the city before school started up.

struggling with the grief of her father's death, she never wanted to put her suit on ever again. she hadn't suited up since the night he died. she didn't even want to go on the europe trip—pepper ultimately convincing her, thinking it was a good way for her to get away from everything. however, this did not stop pepper from secretly packing rosaline's suit with a note: 'just in case!' though it seemed like she had no choice but to be spider-girl again when the first elemental hit in venice. once she was roped into everything, she found out her dad left her almost everything—his labs, old research, access to the whole stark archive. she also met quentin beck, who she was immediately was suspicious of. she had been through enough to know when things seemed too rehearsed or polished. however, she seemed to be the only one with these suspicions. this did not stop her from joining in on fighting the fire elemental. beck could tell she did not trust him. once the pieces were put together and beck's plan was exposed, she received a message from what she though was nick fury, telling her to meet him somewhere alone. it ended up being beck and rosaline fell victim to his illusion technology—seeing her father, dead mother, and an injured peter in her battle. she lost, beck taking her as a hostage so she would not ruin his plan further. even lying and showing a video of peter being killed by the illusion technology—rosaline not thinking straight because its peter and believing it. she ends up escaping. though she's severely injured, she joins in on the final battle, but focuses on helping civilians. her suit breaks and she accidentally reveals her own identity—the world now knowing she is spider-girl.
