So, the decision was made. Louella is a dead girl walking. A ticking time bomb living out her last few months at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and hating every second.

I have to help her.

Is what James Potter thinks the second he stumbles across Louella's notebook. Admittedly, when he realized the golden Slytherin girl had left one of her personal belongings lying around, he was giddy with the intent to share the contents of it with his group of misfits. However, when he realized what exactly the book contained, that feeling soon faded and he was rapidly overwhelmed with guilt. There was no drama worth sharing in her notes, only four letters, all hinting at the very same thing— Louella Rosier would not make it to graduation.

He's been told he has a savior complex. That he's too arrogant for his own good. Maybe it's true. After all, Louella never asked him to come to her aid. Nevertheless, James Potter now lives with one purpose; save a life.
