Band names

It had been a couple of days since Arthur had asked Karen to be their lead singer and the three of them were having the first official band meeting to talk about names for the group.

Matt was fiddling with a pencil and Karen was watching him when Arthur spoke up.

"Hey, what about A.M.K? You know, our initials".

Matt looked at him, "why does your initial go first?"

"Because it sounds better, and the band was my idea"

"Well I think it's stupid, why not S.D.G, for our surnames".

"Right so it's okay for your initial to go first?"

"Yeah"

Karen looked at the pair of them before smiling, "what about Karen and the babes?"

Arthur and Matt both looked at her, Arthur smiling, "I love it, what do you think Matt?"

"No" he stood up, "why does she get her name in the band name?"

Karen stood up, "she has a name, what is your problem with me Matt?"

"I don't have a problem with you, I have a problem with you being in the band in the first place" he put his jacket on and left the room, Karen following him.

"Matt stop, why do you have a problem with me being in the band? Or is it just girls in general?" She closed the door as she left the room after Matt.

"It's girls in general, or at least smart attractive girls in general, Karen I really don't have a problem with you, I like you, but Arthur has a massive crush on you, he told me yesterday, and I'm worried it's going to distract him from the music".

"You don't have to worry about me and Arthur, the feelings aren't mutual" she smiled and leant forward, kissing him.
