Unlike the normal way One Piece starts its fanfic stories, this one starts with one pirate from Earth, and that pirate's name is Harriet Lupin. A nefarious female pirate who steals from other pirates and corrupt navy men to make her fortune. However, as Earth's military and authority grew, Law and Order adapted and evolved, with stern men, careful planning, and stronger weaponry. Leading pirates to be hunted to extinction. Because of this, Harriet has decided to leave Earth and use the power of her family's enemy, the Ganglers, to travel to another world.
A world filled with pirates. Endless Ocean, but to all of you, it is referred to as the World of One Piece.
Harriet and her crew of pirates make their place in the world known as the Lupin Pirates. Pirates who steal from pirates and corrupt marines. This brought the attention of the World Government to her crew, exposing many dark actions the marines have done that could have brought the world to turn against them. Leaving them no choice but to do everything to try and capture or kill Harriet.

King of the Pirates
Shank and Buggy cry as their captain walks up the stairs of the scaffold, where two executioners wait for him to reach the top. While other pirates, like Mihawk, Doflamingo, Crocodile, Maria, Dragon, and Harriet, either remain calm or smile as Gol D. Roger is about to die. Smoker stands in the crowd with the residents to watch the execution.
"Have you any last words?" An executioner asked under oath.
Gol D. Roger holds up his cuffs and jokes, "Can you take this off? It's chafing me."
"I cannot do that."
"Why would I run away now?" Gol D. Roger felt disappointed that the spearman couldn't take a joke, "Hmm. That's a little saddening..." Gol D. Roger then sits down, "All right, let's get this over with quickly." He smiles as he prepares for his fate.
