Prologue: New World Order

In the beginning, everything was fine. Nothing was happening that could go wrong. Kids, teenagers and high schoolers came to school, their parents commuted to work, all was going good as it should be.

Everyone in this world is different in their own way. Some people are human, while others are anthropomorphic crocodiles, vampires, witches, and many more.

Our focus will go to the local school in the town of Alpins. The school bell rang as everyone came back to school. Behind the school, there is a parking lot with almost no cars in it.

Someone is still in there, sitting on the ground with a book open on its first page in front of them. The book is on a small pentagram drawn with chalk on the parking lot.

With a closer look, that person is a boy with straight, short, deep brown hair, a green-red gradient t-shirt and dark blue jeans.

This is actually Alex, who now raises his hand into the air and with a knife in his right hand, slashes the palm of his left hand. Blood drips down his hand and drops fall on the open book.

We can now have a closer look at the book. It seems old, and its first yellowish page is a black square that has a blank filling, with a text above saying "THE ONE WHO'S DROP OF BLOOD ABSORBS INTO THIS BOOK WILL HAVE OWNERSHIP ADEQUATE TO USE IT".

Alex stands up and bandages his left hand as he moves away from the book. For a moment nothing happens.

Suddenly, a beam of what looks like black light comes out of the book and hits the sky. A dark ambience plays and there is a loud sound coming from the beam. From the point where the beam hit the sky, a dark red tint spreads around it and the whole area. The school, stop signs, grass, trees, everything has a dark red tint now. Alex finishes bandaging his left hand as he faces the beam of light.

Alex seems to absorb some of the power coming from the black light.

Meanwhile in school, everyone noticed what was happening in the parking lot and the sudden dark red tint around them.

Everyone in school came outside and stood in front of the entrance to the parking lot. Teachers that teach magic are mad at Alex while other teachers are scared.

One magic teacher, an anthropomorphic crocodile tries walking up to Alex but stops mid-way.

- ALEX SEWCOLD! I DEMAND YOU STOP USING DARK MAGIC! I DONT KNOW HOW YOU GOT THAT BOOK BUT IT IS DANGEROUS TO US ALL - shouted the magic teacher at Alex.

Alex does a side eye at the magic teacher as he quickly looks back at the beam of black light. She, the magic teacher, grabs a wand from her waist and points it at Alex.

- YOU ARE MORE THAN EXPELLED NOW. YOU WILL ROT IN PRISON WITH THE REST OF PEOPLE JUST LIKE YOU-- - said the magic teacher as she is stopped by something.

- Oh, shut up! - says Alex to the magic teacher as he swings his hand at her and makes a powerful lighting spell that hits the magic teacher.

The teacher is strongly pushed back at the school's wall. Everyone else starts screaming in terror and tries running away.

- NO! I TELL YOU TO FUCKING STOP AND LISTEN TO ME! - shouted Alex at everyone.

Alex extends his arm and does a gesture point down. The people fall on their knees by some green magic beneath them. Then Alex makes another gesture, this time it looks as if he is trying to turn a crank with his index finger. This spell makes everyone turn to him, while they are still on their knees.

Alex slowly walks up to them. He stands in front of them, points the palm of his right hand at the ground, and makes another spell that hits it. From the ground rises a short hexagonal pillar that puts Alex above the people.

- And now, THE NEW WORLD HAS BEEN CREATED! - shouted Alex. The beam of light stops emitting from that book. It closes itself and flies at Alex's right hand.

Alex grabs it by raising his right hand. He then touches his waist which creates a belt with tiny steel chains on it. Alex attaches the book to one of the right-side chains of his belt.

Now we can see the book's title and cover. It's called "Falanomicron" with an elegant font. It has a dark leather cover.

- I'VE LONG WAITED FOR THIS MOMENT AND IT FINALLY HAPPENED! YEARS OF BULLYING IN THIS SCHOOL, IGNORANCE FROM MY PARENTS AND TEACHERS. NOW I HAVE EVERYTHING I NEED TO RULE THE WORLD - shouted Alex. Alex's voice is generally snarky and bass-like.

He laughs maniacally for a long time before eventually he starts talking more about his success in life, but that's not important right now.

All that we need to know now is... there is a new world order.
