Their was Gehrman kneeling in front of the hunter, and both of them were covered in wounds and bleeding, but Gehrman's wounds were worse, and he was at deaths door ready to leave the dream. He then speaks to the hunter one last time.
Gehrman:"The night and the dream were long..."
The Hunter:"..."
After that, Gehrman's vision faded to black, and he stopped feeling everything around him. Then, after a few moments , he started to hear noise and then felt the cold, hard floor. Then he started to hear voices shouting and some strange noise he couldn't quite make out. He then opens his eyes to see a red sky and a pentagram in the middle of it. Then he raies to see strange wagons and creatures in them sticking their heads out and yelling at him and waving their arms at him. Gehrman then wonders where he is. Is this the nightmare or something else. Then, one of the strange cariges drives straight at him he then sides steps, then another carriage charges at him, then another he moves out of where the carriages are driving. He then begins to gather his thoughts.
Gehrman: [Where am I, what is this place, and what are these creatures?I have to find someplace or someone to get some information.]
He then sees a creature walking towards him he can't make what it is. Besides that, it looks like a mantis wearing a red vest. When it got close enough to him, he said.
Gehrman:"What are you?"
Random Bum#66:"Did you just get here or something old man?"
Gehrman:"I just arrived. Where am I what is this place, and what are these creatures?"
Random Bum#66:"This is hell, and those are sinners. What did you think you'd end up in heaven?"
Gehrman:"So the hunter got rid of the nightmare."
He mumbled to himself.
Random Bum#66:"What?"
Gehrman has heard about heaven and hell, but he just believed they were just something made up by a religion to help them sleep at night with their actions in life. Then Gehrman proceeds to then to take his leave. And leaves the demon confused. Gehrman walks down the street, taking in what he sees and thinks. What is he next course of action? He thinks he should just wander around.
Gehrman wonders around for a while until he arrives in front of a store of some kind with boxes inside, showing moving pictures inside.
He see an ad where a young woman is the host of a hotel that wants to rehabilitate sinners to get them into heaven. Gehrman then thinks
Gehrman:<there ain't no getting into heaven what's done is done your actions and choices have lead you here and here is where you remain tell the end of time>
That's what Gehrman believed from the knowledge he had of heaven and hell. Gehrman knew he belonged here. The things he did were nothing short of horrible. After seeing the ad for the rehabilitation hotel, he goes on his way, trying to find something to do. Gehrman knows where he is and knows that the creatures around him are sinners, which means he is most likely a sinner as well. What was there to do down here? This was probably the biggest town he had ever seen the occupants of this town seem to drive in carriages made of metal that did not need horses to move and seem to move on there own via magic or technology. What was he, The First Hunter supposed to do here? No beasts to hunt no friends to see. The sinners didn't look worth the hunt, and he had no weapons. Not like he would need them to fight sinners. None of them seem to even be on par with an average beast. While Gehrman was walking, he noticed someone while walking out of a strange white building. It was the young woman from before in the strange box. She looked confused and worried about something. Gehrman then thought, "I don't have anything to do. I might well see if this redemption thing is true," he then walked up and asked.
Gehrman: "Excuse me, miss, but are you the one who's running the redemption hotel?"
He asked her in a polite tone. She then turned to him, confused, and then she immediately answered.
Charlie: "Yes, I am, sir. I am Charlie Morningstar, the owner of the Happy Hotel, where our goal is to rehabilitate sinners to get them into haven."
Gehrman: "I would like to join your hotel."
Charlie:"You want to join?"
Charlie asked in confusion, and then Gehrman answered her.
Gehrman: "Yes"
Charlie proceeded to then squeal and yell.
Charlie: "Yes, yes, yes! I know there were people who wanted to be saved. I knew it!!"
Gehrman wonders if this was the right course of action and what he has gotten into.
End of Chapter 1
[Hello there, this is my first time ever writing something like this, and I hope you can give me feedback on this good or bad. I just want to know if im writing Gehrman correctly and if things are moving fast.
The next chapter will likely have Gehrman getting to know Charlie a little and him going to the hotel and seeing the rest of the cast. Hopefully, nothing bad happens.]
