Of course he didn't want this to happen, but why? she was always there, just standing on the sidelines and staring at him with stars in her eyes. Whenever she smiled, it made him happy.

Aizawa was jerked out of his thoughts by a light tap on the shoulder. He looked up, expecting to find hizashi, or midnight, or even nezu.
But it wasn't. it was someone he hasn't seen before, not in UA. He didn't get an alert either, that there would be a new teacher.
"what is it?" His voice was gruff, untrusting and opnely hostile.
"I'm sorry to bother you. but do you know where nezus office is?" The light, calm voice with a nice pitch that isn't too high or low, came out of the womans' mouth.
He sighed in annoyance. 'great.. there goes my nap time.' He stood up, pulling the capture scarf up to his nose as he carries his sleeping bag on his arm. "Just.. follow."
The woman smiled, her eyes lighting up like stars, that reminded him of something he forgot about the night sky. "what's your name?"
He turned his face only just enough to see her with one eye, looking back to see her hurrying to catch up with him.
"My name? It's Sophie." The woman said with a happy voice.
"I'm just so glad to have someone leading the way, I thought I'd be lost for forever down these halls. you know?"
He sighed again. "yeah. but if you get a guide or wander enough, you'll learn." It wasn't that he didn't hate her, she seemed nice enough. but it was that she soothed him.
somehere, deep down, his heart had decided it liked her the moment he laid eyes on this woman. But his mind.. didn't exactly know that yet.
He lead Sophie to the principals office, not minding the quiet of the halls, it was always quiet. Even hizashi, who is always so loud, was preparing the paperwork for the group of students that would be coming in only a week.
He knocked, then pushed open the door without giving him time to answer. "Nezu. someone was looking for you."
Nezu looked up, tilting his head. "Ah, I see she's arrived on time. this is your new co-worker, I assume you already got her name?"
"of course I do. Your lucky I didn't glare at her for interupting my nap time."
Aizawa grumbled, not wanting to be in the office at all. the chimera had a way of putting him on edge that most humans couldn't match.
