(Ignore the fact he's in armor. But this is what teen Sean is going to look like. As a young boy, I imagined a like, simple, happy blonde-haired, green-eyed boy. So yeah)

Y/n POV:

"No, Sean. I don't want to hang out with a whole bunch of boys. I have you and Stacey, and that's enough. I don't want more gross boy friends." Sean just rolled his eyes at me, getting on his knees now, begging me. "Please, please, please Y/n? You're my favorite person, and I don't want to hang out with these guys without my favorite person." It was my turn to roll my eyes. I pat his head, ignoring his puppy eyes he's attempting to use on me. "Look, I'm going to say this once and only once. Ever sense the car crash and mom and dad...I am extremely grateful to you and your family for taking me in...but I only need you. And Stacey, I suppose, so if you hate those boys so much, tell them no. I don't want any more friends." It had only been a couple of months since the car crash. I was sick of change...I missed my mom, I missed my dad...thankfully but also unfortunately I had no siblings to lose. Sean was the closest thing I had to a sibling as we had known one and another since dipers. Our moms had been friends from high school and got pregnant at the same time as well. I was born just 4 days before Sean (and I made sure he knew I was the older one). So when mom and dad passed...Mrs and Mr Thomson had absolutely no problem taking me in. They also only had one child, and I was over so often as a child that they already considered me family.

He gets up, letting out a huff as he turns to walk to the landline phone we had. We were both too young for the new iPhones that were coming out, and most still had a landline. I walk into the kitchen to grab a drink as I hear Sean on the phone. He was going on about how he wasn't coming, assuming that the other boy on the other end was arguing with him. I giggle to myself as I hear Sean just yell 'BYE' before hanging out with a click of the button and then hearing him set the phone back in its charging stand. He, too, then walks into the kitchen, a smile on his face. He draps his arm around my shoulder, smiling down at me. While I was older, Sean was unfortunately taller than me. Both of my parents were 5'6...but somehow, magically, at the ripe age of 12, I haven't grown past 4'9. Meanwhile, Sean was 12 as well and already 5'6. I had this overwhelming fear that he would tower even higher once we'd fully hit puberty. I look up at him and smile as well. "How did they react?" He shakes his head, shrugging his shoulders. "Jeremy was upset, to say the least. I couldn't care less what the other goobs think. I have my short stack." He says, rubbing my head and messing up my hair. I shoo his hand away, trying to get him to stop. "Oh, stop. You'll need more friends someday. I mean even I have one other person who's not your stink butt." He gasps dramatically and puts his hand on his chest, stepping back into a chair and pretending to faint. "Oh Y/n, your words, they wound me." I giggle and walk past him, heading up the stairs. "Cry about it, baby." He quickly gets up chasing me, so I run, making it to my room, shutting the door, and locking it before he can get me. "I'll get you, eventually, pretty girl, just you wait," he says with a chuckle. Hearing his footsteps heading to his room, I turn around to face my room.

Pastal pink walls, with princess decales meet my eyes. The decales were from my old room from my old house, along with the big wooden dresser and white loft bed. The pink walls were Mr Thomson's idea, saying something about a young girl wanting the comfort of pink to soothe her to sleep. I didn't mind, though; the pink was nice. While it wasn't my favorite color, it was still good. I walk over to my dresser, pulling out a pair of sweatpants and a kitty cat t-shirt. I put those on, opening my door to head over to the bathroom across the hall from my room that I was forced to share with Sean. His room was next door to mine, it having dark blue walls along with a normal black wooden bed. I think he had some football posters on the wall, but I can't remember. If we spent time together, it was usually in my room, so I didn't see his room often. I go in a brush my teeth, wanting to take a nap. It was only 2 in the afternoon, but it was summer, so I could take a nap if I wanted please to. I just always bush my teeth before I lay down. I finish brushing my teeth and walk over to Sean's door, knocking. He opened the door and smiled at me. "I'm taking a nap...so don't bother me unless it's an emergency." He nods, smiling back. "Sleep well, princess." I roll my eyes, waving my hand as I walk away. "Thanks, prince charming," I say, shutting my doorand  getting ready to lay down for my nap.
