Elliana-

Second year of college, I can do this, I'm not letting anyone get in my way today. I stand outside the university, I walked there from my apartment. Many people walk past me, finding their way through the silver-painted gates.

"Ellie!" Someone shouts from across the entrance. Scarlett, my best friend, runs up to me and gives me a hug. Her eyes were the lightest green you've ever laid your eyes upon, meanwhile her hair was so black and dark it almost looked blue. "I told you not to call me that, but I'm giving you a hug anyways."

"Did you meet a significant other this summer?" We hadn't seen each other all summer since we both stayed back at our childhood homes. "Scarlett, the answer is no. I'm such a fucking idiot, and so are you, you're horrible at lying! I know you think I'm ugly."

"El, you're being paranoid, come on!" She grabs my hand as she sprints into the gates, me behind her, holding on for dear life. "Scarlett!" I yell at her while she laughs.

Suddenly, I see Scarlett's face light up, "Ellie! Meet Clara!" Clara was a blonde girl with dazzling dark green eyes, like emeralds. "Hello, um... I'm Scarlett's girlfriend...?" she winces while blushing mildly, she seemed pretty shy. "Hi! Are you in an apartment or a dorm?" I reply, trying to change the subject so she can calm down a bit. "Uh, dorm." "I'm in a dorm soon, I'm moving out of my old apartment." There was then an awkward silence between us  that felt like it lasted for years.

Then I realized something. "Wait, Scarlett! You're lesbian?" I look at her, she's watching Clara and I exactly like we're lab rats. "Nope, omnisexual." she replies swiftly. "What the fuck does that even mean?" She glares at me, rolls her eyes, and then continues, "You wouldn't know..."

4 hours later...

I unlocked the door with the key I got this year, number 419, Creativity Dorm. There were 5 different buildings, the Creativity Dorm, Compassion Dorm, Kindness Dorm, Humility Dorm, and Responsibility Dorm. All the classes were held in the biggest building, Redemption Hall.

The room is already messy, I see a blue door and a pink door, probably gender separation... for reasons. I walk into the girls' room and see a red-headed girl, she's on her phone, an anime phone case.

"You can have the bottom bunk. My name's uhh... Reagan." She points to the bed below her, still not looking up from her phone. I mean, it wasn't like I had a choice. There were no other beds left, dumbass.

"Hello!" A shorter blonde girl walks up to me, her ponytail swishing as she walks. "What's your name? I'm Isabella, from Kentucky. My family owns a bakery on 62 Ivory Road, my older sister goes to Harvard. She's super, super, super SMART!" I can feel my introverted instincts kicking in. Get the fuck away from me, shortass bitch. "Hellooooo? ANSWER ME!" She charges at me, like a bull. "Answer me! NOW!"

I put my hand in front of her, signalling that she's being annoying. She rolls her eyes and walks toward the bathroom.

After a couple of minutes, I hear laughter coming from outside the girls' dorm. I peek outside, opening the door ever so slightly. There are three males, Christian Gates, Trevor Alvarez, and... Jack Torres.

My bully from last year. Seems like whatever single thing I do I get bullied, I had not ever spent one day of school without getting bullied for at least a period.

I hate him so much! His stupid black hair with his natural blonde highlights, which he always brags about. His dark brown eyes remind me of dark chocolate, sweet but hard on the outside.

Stupid bitch, always pushed me in the halls no matter how fast I went. He always had a way... fuck face.

Yes, I have to admit, he is kinda... hot. Always hooking up with girls whatever chance he gets. He should have some sort of note on his dorm that says, 'Jack Torres is either hooking up with someone, or bullying Elliana Medeina.'

Suddenly, I feel eyes on me, peering at me from behind me. "Hello?" I say, swiftly turning the other direction, and there's a brunette, brown eyes, thin circular glasses, and a mole above her lip. "Oh..hi." She says, barely above a whisper. "Hm? You talk like a mouse."

"That's what my family always says about me," she chuckles softly. She looks down at rubber bands on her fingers, making a bracelet, I assume. "I'm Hazel Ximenez." She puts her hand out to greet me.

Finally, someone remotely stable. "I'm Elliana Medeina. I've heard people talking about you.. is that in a bad or good way?" She looked confused. "I'm not sure... my friends fight sometimes... they include me sometimes.. which is kind of weird because they do it every time."

I laugh. "They must be fighting over you." For some reason I immediately trusted her. It's like she put a spell on me. She laughs back, "Never in a million years would I think someone would say that!" Hazel is kind of cute, so I don't doubt that they were probably fighting over her.

I see her open a box, she gets a small hammer, small enough to fit in her tiny hand. Hazel also pulls out eight light brown pieces of wood with the hammer, I see the box, there was an image of a shelf on the wall, probably what it was. "Do you need any help with that?" I ask.

"Not yet, but thank you." Shortly after that, I leave the room,  I then look up to see a shadow. It disappears, I could really go for a beer right now. I'm getting hallucinations.
