However comma new development I think she struggles a lot with toxic positivity 😭😭 got this idea from her object gimmick and how that means her emotions are always on display. Which is not always a good thing 😞😞😞 This translates to a lot of emotional sensitivity as a human and I think when she was younger she was very emotive in all of her emotions. She was probably made fun of for being so sensitive/everyone always commented on her emotional state. She was a pretty happy child so her parents and teachers were always like "she's such a joy ^_^" but if she got upset or angry she'd either get coddled/told not to be upset/get made fun of for being upset/etc. And all that compounded into her always trying to be happy bc she percieves her sensitivity as embarrassing/not good emotions 😞😞😞 she will crash out at least once during the main plot 🤭🤭
And then Chili Powder ^_^ I think it'd be funny if his human name was still just Chili. LOL. His object form was really good for designing bc it's so shapey....I don't think it's very obvious but he actually has a triangle body type....which is generally associated with feminity lol. Chili Powder's a funny character bc he kind of looks and acts like a jock but he's also a dork-ass nerd and himbo 😭😭😭😭 and I guess he has some femboy in him now too. This mans does NOT have a single character archetype.
His hair is supposed to emulate fire kinda....I think I wanna give him more freckles. ....also I have come to the realization I was picturing chili flakes, not chili powder. I mean I guess he could still be powder? Shrug. Idk I'm more used to Powder but Flakes makes more sense. Anyway. Red hair ^_^ more pronounced canines for funsies. He's just really silly overall, I don't have any central conflict or character arc for him 🤨🤨
New development though, he and Sticker Sheet become besties during the main plot ^_^ idk what exactly spurned me to decide that ig I just thought they'd get along and be silly together. Can we hear it for platonic male/female friendships chat

Yogurt and Yo-Yo 😁😁😁😁😁😁 Fun fact during the first proper iteration of this verse they were like 11-13. I think I wanna keep Yogurt the same age he is in NC AU though so I aged Yo-Yo up a bit too. Now they're TEENAGERS!!!!!
Speaking of NC Yogurt his background is the exact same. Dad walked out and his mom works a lot so she's frequently absent. Has an older sister who mostly raised him instead. I'll be honest though his older sister is probs just Pudding Cup in everything but name LOL. She's probs just away at college though there's no other reality show shenanigans happening here.
NC and SOTF Yogurt are literally the same guy so he's still got some angsty teen in him ala parental issues (puts him at odds with another character so they have an interesting relationship). Since this situation is different though a slightly different side of him will come out ^_^
I have actually humanized Yo-Yo before as well btw and I ended up just refining that design. I reused the round face, fluffy hair, and star tshirt lol. Her hair is so funny it looks like dog ears ^_^ I added a striped long sleeve under her shirt for no particular reason 🤨🤨 I think she just likes being a little unconventional. Teenager things and just exploring new identity avenues. Having fun living life 💪💪💪 she's generally just kinda reckless and carefree nothing majorly complex with her 🤨🤨🤨
