Imagine a place where fantasies exists and things that seem impossible happen, this place we visit every night, every day, but these dreams also have problems, when things we fear or hate appear in our dreams to scare or cause problems for us, these are beings we call Nightmares, other problems include the outlaws of the dreamland, beings created from forgotten dreams, who have made it? their life's work to find who made them and have no problems with causing trouble for people, but the outlaws fear one thing "the bureau".
The Bureau of Subconscious Actives (BOSA) is an organization that is in charge of making sure everyone's dreams go smoothly, and keep the outlaws in check also keeping nightmares in their respective areas to be controlled, this bureau is behind all the dream, made specifically for people, making custom dreams for everyone it is an important thing, cause without them our dreams will fall into chaos, and sleep will become nearly impossible, but we have the bureau for that, and everyone in the bureau on top of that.
