Hi everyone! Before I start this story, a quick author's note.
As you've probably seen, I'm back, and Chasing Cars is also back. If you're new here, welcome! If you're not new here, welcome back!
Let me introduce myself real quick for those who don't know me; my name's Jola, I'm Dutch and English is not my first language (which is Dutch, as you can imagine haha). I'm a F1 fan since 2016; since Max Verstappen won his first race. I love Formula One, Harry Potter and Eurovision (and I'm a proud Slytherin and I believe in Joker Out (and Käärija, Baby Lasagna and Joost) supremacy). If you want to follow my other Wattpad account, dracoz_malfoy, that'd be nice!
This is one of my first F1 fanfics; and those who've seen Chasing Cars pop up before, glad you're giving it another chance! I feel like I owe you an explanation why I and Chasing Cars disappeared so suddenly (I guess 1 to 1,5 years ago, or was it more?). I wasn't so satisfied with the storyline anymore and I wasn't uploading so regularly.
But, that all changed! I'm super happy with the plot now I've made some drastic changes in the plot (which stays the same in big lines, though). I've decided to upload every Thursday of a raceweekend in 2025; starting this winter testing in February (is it February, though?)!
