"Please, hold on dear."
A middle aged japanese man pleaded to his wife's ear as they try to board across the raging ocean with their little boat. Holding her closer to his body to provide his beloved a warmth she desperately needs, a child no more older than 4 years old silently cries for her mother, holding on to the fragiles woman's mud stained clothes.
The woman's hands slowly made their way to her husband's face, he reluctantly turned his gaze towards her. The weakened woman smiled at him despite the heavy rains giving her a hard time to properly look at her husband's face one last time, she still smiled at him reassuringly. She mustered her remaining strength to pick up her daughter one last time. The father was surprised with her actions, and guided her gently.
The woman finally rested her dying body to her husband's shaky and warm ones, taking her final breath as she cuddled her child one last time.
"Kei.. It's okay."
She whispered her final words to her husband, kissing her daughter's head and finally succumbed to her injuries and illness.
The man's arms tightened on his wife's body, desperately trying to find the warmth he once enjoyed but found nothing. Tears slowly ran down to his cheeks as he sways his wife's body with him, as if he's cooing his wife to sleep.
"Sei.."
He sobs his wife's name, the child finally understanding what happened cried silently with his father while burying her face to her mother's cold and wet body.
Suddenly, a big wave almost tumbled their small boat upside down and pushed Keishin over the edge.
He lost his grip to his wife and daughter's body, and the two girls fell off the boat.
Keishin screamed out and tried to grab his daughter, but failed. Not wanting to lose his daughter the same night as he lost his wife, and driven with adrenaline. He immediately jumps after her daughter through the violent waters.
"ZEINJIN!"
He called out desperately, trying to swim his way to his daughter who's trying her best to swim back to her father. Keishin managing to get a hold of her daughter's body, swims back to their boat and successfully rescuing his only hope.
He panickingly checked his daughter for injuries, and finally carried his daughter close to him and cried in relief seeing his daughter safe.
"Pa.. How about ma?"
Zeijin innocently asked her father, her eyes staring at the slowly calming ocean as they passed by the storm trying to find her mother. Keishin stiffened at the thought of his wife's body, still floating at the violent waters of the storm. He brushed it off and cupped his daughter's cheeks, smiling at her weakly.
"She's somewhere safe already, she'll be waiting for us there hmm?"
Zeinjin nodded her head, not understanding why his father lied to her but decided not to push the topic.

"Aaahhh we've got a few pounds of fish, this is my lucky day."
Captain park happily muttered to himself while checking the ice box, full of fish he had managed to catch off the day.
However as he heads back to the docks, he sees a strange boat-like silhouette from the distance. He tooks out his binoculars from his pocket and zoomed at the strange.
Flabbergasted at his discover, as he witnessed the boat wanders around with two people on it, he immediately turns his boat's direction towards the smaller boat.
As captain park's boat got closer Keishin being on the smaller boat immediately became defensive and hid his daughter behind him.
"Hey! Are you two alright?!"
Captain park asked as he positioned his boat beside them, he brought down the ladders on the side of his boat where the two is situated.
Keishin stiffened as the captain of the boat speaks to them in fluent korean.
"Come hop on! There was a crazy storm last night, you two shouldn't stay there any longer!"
Captain park once again yelled out his concern.
Keishin looked down where his daughter is behind him, hesitant with his decisions. He immediately carried his daughter to his shoulder.
"Hold on tight."
He reminded her daughter in their native language. The daughter immediately held on to his father's head for support as he climbs up the ladders.
The captain immediately came to help the man, taking the girl first to his boat and help the man to his feet as he stumbled.
"Thank you."
Keishin thanked the man in korean, bowing his head slightly as he pulls his daughter close to him.
"Aahh no, it's nothing. How did you end up there anyway? Your clothes are all messy too, did you sail last night? You shouldn't have done that."
Captain Park babbled to the tired man. Looking around the man and the girl to check if they had obtained any injuries.
Keishin stiffened at the captain's questions, his hold to his daughter became protective. Captain Park noticed his wary actions towards him, he decided not to push the exhausted man.
"Nevermind that. You two must be so cold, come. I have extra soup at the dock, I'll get you two warmed up."
He ushered the man, while grabbing a towel for both him and his daughter. Keishin secretly sighed to himself and smiled at the man, thanking him multiple times as they conversed with each other with different topics.
