Ralsei grumbled as he slowly woke up and tried to process his surroundings. ...Weird. Wasn't he just in the castle?

The darner prince stood up from the ground as he hummed with thought. Susie and Kris were besides him, sprawled out and leaning against the elevator's walls. He didn't hesitate before shaking them awake.

Kris sat up within 10 seconds, and Susie muttered something, starting to wake up as well.

Susie made an attempt to speak, and it resulted in a loud BEEP! while four hashtags appeared above her. The loud noise certainly shook her fully awake, and Susie looked like she was about to screech seven swear words that Ralsei had never heard before, yet her bitter expression melted away.

"...Dark world?" She muttered.

Ralsei responded, "yes."

"Ffff..." She hissed, "...FALAFEL."

She glanced around the elevator curiously, while Kris was just focused on the buttons near the door.

Susie grumbled, "Why the... heck... are we in an elevator if this's a dark world?"

"I'm... not sure. I don't even know how I got here, either," Ralsei added. He glanced over at Kris. "What are you looking at?"

"Weird buttons," They answered, "#######################################################################"

Susie exploded with laughter, cackling like a hyena. Kris frowned.

They continued, "Anyways, the buttons have, like, discount pi on it."

Ralsei inspected the buttons, "Oh, Kris, that's not-"

Ding!

The doors slid open.
