A broken world, a damaged soul. The shatters were all over the place. Debris littered the ground and the metal cage groaned, bearing a weight on its steel.

Inside, a blue bloom on one's chest flickered, dimly lighting a teal glimmer between the dust, vaguely outlining piles of construction pieces, and finally, after the blinking stabilized, the saviour moved, her body aching, her skin torn.
The costume was filled with a dark blue, seeping out of her wounds ever so slowly. It was blood, she thought. I'm bleeding. What an awful body to begin with, horrible condition, everlasting pain.

The saviour's eyes scanned the environment, but there was no reach beyond the trapping steel of the cage, its screeching shortly audible as the weight became heavier. Knowledge was to escape. Not to be defeated in such a humanly shell.
She raised, swallowing her spit. The blue gashes stinged, dust has gotten inside, restricting motorical ability.
What a pathetic being. Saviour sighs, in spite of it all. The grey strands blocked her view in bits, the sentiment of encaging her vision. Raise your head, look foward, out of the cage, between the debris;
there was something turquoise in the distance. A wave of motivation hit her from the oddity, and so the saviour left the cage.

Panting as she stepped through a gap of metal, small blue drops left behind. The iron squeaked, still bearing a weight on itself. Saviour gritted her teeth. She knew the feeling. Maybe this body has become a cage, after all.
On her chest, the light was fighting to go through the cloudy dust, making it glow as it passed by, flickering ever so slightly. Oh, it hurts... it hurts, it hurts, it hurts.
The turquoise sparked up again, looking like strands of hair. Maybe, saviour thought, maybe there was someone else. With a struggle, she limped over, having to stop from time to time, exhaling puffs into the sparkly dust.
And then, finally
she reached what appeared to be human; but powered by electricity. Though, there were no legs at all. Per chance they were destroyed, the remains somewhere in the debris. Slowly, the android awaked as saviour attempted to fix her, the turquoise eyes illuminating in the glow of saviour's flower.

Hello.
Hello to you, too.
Are you okay? You look damaged.
I can manage. You seem like a human, are you alright? There is blue paint on your face and gloves.
It's okay. Just tiny scratches.
Android wiped some of saviour's blood from her cheek. It keeps bleeding, you know.
That's not a problem.
You're really different from those that I've met.
You met others?
Yes, long ago. When the world was still sparked with wishes. With hope.
A wish... I don't remember anything.
That should be okay. My memory is lacking some things too.
I'm curious. We should look around and seek for truth.
I agree.

Saviour picked her up, feeling android wrapping her arms around her. Do you think that rose might light our path? It looks weak.
It'll glow stronger if we find out more.
Android nodded, her hold tightly onto saviour. What a strong girl...
The two moved on. Sometimes, a patch of light fell through holes on the ceiling, helping the two indentify the environment. It seemed as it has all been a destroyed concert hall... but why was there a cage? The saviour thought about it.

You know, I awoke in a cage.
You did?
Yes.
That's quite ironic. Songbird out of the cage...
Songbird?
Your voice would be good for singing. I think... if we find truth and fix it all again, you should sing to the world so people won't forget their hopes and wishes.
That's a neat thought. Thank you...
Android squeezed her. I'll be rooting for you. For now, let's just get out of here.

Soon, saviour could make out the contures of a door-shaped object, nearby a wall. Maybe it was a door. Maybe a closet.

As the two got closer, she hesitated. I think I'm not ready to go out here. I'm scared.
It's okay, I'm with you.
The rose's light faded. I just can't. It doesn't feel right.
Don't you want to reconnect the world?
I don't know. If the world was reconnected... wouldn't it all end up in this again?
You have a point. I mean... we could at least try, right? The air in here isn't good for you.

Saviour pushed against the door;
only to look into pure darkness.
