Two worlds,one future

🔷Prologue🔷

            They were ruthless and unstoppable. No hint of emotions in these heartless creatures as they destroyed whatever and whoever they came across. The kingdom was filled with a thousand screams and pleas of its civilians ,one after another, they were killed and eaten. Everywhere you look ,you could see blood and flesh flying everywhere.
In the midst of the chaos,a young boy was trying to help his mother.
        
" Mom please you can get out!". He said as tears were rapidly rolling down his cheeks. He was trying to help his mother who's right leg was run through by a metal spike and she was losing blood really fast.

"Lian you have to run while you still can. Escape to the Southgate and get out of the Kingdom. There's no hope for me. Your father and siblings are dead but you can still make it." she said as she winced in pain. Her bleeding was getting worse.

Lian shook his head in disbelief and was still trying to help her get up. She opened her mouth to speak again but stopped when she saw it-- one of the heartless creatures standing before them.

"You know, you should listen to your mother foolish boy. I'm bored watching your little mother-son pity party". He said as he licked blood off his palms."Looks like it's time for my next kill".

Lain's eyes widened in fear as he stood still.

"No please don't h...". Before she could finish, a small gust of wind blew and the next thing in front of the young boy's eyes was his mother's head in the hands of the creature. He(the creature) then started eating it.
 
Lian's eyes widened as he muttered "mom?".
               
The creature then stop and looked at him. Lian gasped in fear as he(the creature)dropped the half eaten head on the floor and licks his fingers.

"Looks like it's your turn". He said as he blew lean a kiss.

Lian only took a few steps backwards and before he knew it, the creature already took hold of his neck and raised him off the ground. Lian struggled as he was losing breath.

"Where do you think you're going. It's okay though, you can go meet your mother". He said as he snapped the boy's fragile neck which killed him. He dropped the lifeless body on the ground and was about to leave, when he caught a familiar scent; a scent that striked fear among his kind.

"A hunter?!". He said as he attempted to attack but with a swift movement from the being's sword ,the creature was beheaded and decayed away.

"I got here too late". He said as he looked at the boy and his mother.
 
As he flew further, countless other soldiers were seen charging at the other attacking creatures with shiny blades covered in sun powder. A squad threw small round metal balls which exploded with the same powder. As the dust cleared a large multitude of the creatures where seen on the ground; some dead, while others too weakened to move and were beheaded by the rest.

The remaining survivors of the creatures took their hostages and fled in their Purple Smoke form..
