NO ONE'S POV

"Miss, delete the photo you've stolen from my boss." The man with a stoic face approached a woman lounging on a beach chair.

"Excuse me?" The woman's eyes narrowed as she glared at him.

"You've been stealing pictures of my boss while he was kite surfing." The man said, towering over her.

"And who's your boss?" She asked, confusion lacing her tone.

"My boss hates people taking pictures of him. He caught you snapping photos while he was kite surfing." He man repeated, his voice firm, though the woman still looked perplexed.

She glanced at the ocean, where several people were kite surfing.

"There are plenty of people out there. I wasn't taking pictures of any one person. I was photographing them all." She said, gesturing toward the ocean.

The man didn't reply. Instead, he turned and walked back to a group of men in black uniforms setting up a tent nearby.

"Weirdo." The woman muttered under her breath, returning her attention to her phone.

Moments later, she jolted in surprise as someone suddenly sat in the chair next to hers.

"Hi." A man said, smiling at her.

Her mouth fell slightly opened as she stared at him in awe.

'How on earth did God created someone so handsome?' She wondered.

The man was wearing only board shorts that ended above his mid-thigh and had a towel draped over his broad shoulders.

His muscular chest was on full display, and his six-pack abs were impossible to miss.

She quickly averted her gaze, swallowing hard.

She had seen plenty of attractive men before, but this one was in a league of his own.

'Did a Greek god just descend from heaven?' She whispered internally.

"I've noticed you sitting here alone for a while. Are you by yourself?" He asked casually, taking a sip from a beer she hadn't noticed he was holding.

When she didn't answer, he tried again.

"You're Asian, aren't you?" He asked.

"I'm Marco." He said, extending his hand with a charming smile.

She turned her head toward him, looking at his hand before meeting his gaze.

'His eyes... they're grey. Like sparkling water." She thought.

"Are you?" He asked again, waiting for her name.

After a moment's hesitation, she finally answered,

"I'm Once." She extended her hand but quickly pulled it back when a strange jolt of electricity ran through her.

'What was that?!' She thought, startled.

Marco chuckled, and the sound felt like music to her ears.

"Nice to meet you, Once." He said, his eyes holding hers.

"Likewise." She replied briefly, trying to keep her composure.

"You're Asian, right? Which country are you from, if I may ask?" He asked again. Once nodded in response.

"South Korea. And you?" She said, finally meeting his gaze.

"I'm from Greece." He answered with a smile that made her heart skip a beat.

She noticed his dimples for the first time.

'He's perfect in every way.' She thought, quickly looking away.

"Are you here alone?" He asked, his curiosity evident.

Once stared at him suspiciously.

'Why is he asking so many questions?' She wondered.

"I'm on a one-week vacation, and yes, I'm alone." She answered, taking a sip of her grape juice.

"And Turkey is the destination you chose for your vacation?" He asked, watching her intently.

She frowned slightly.

'Why doesn't he leave me alone already?' She thought, growing irritated.

"How about you?" She asked, turning the question on him.

"I'm here for fun. Kite surfing is one of my favorite activities, and this place is perfect for it." Marco replied with a grin.

Once's heart skipped again when she noticed his dimples deepened as he smiled.

'He's undeniably flawless.' She thought, unable to tear her gaze away.

"Wanna try kite surfing?" He asked.

"No. No thank you." Once immediately.

"And why is that? Coming here for vacation without trying kite surfing isn't fun. You must try." Marco said.

"I can't swim." Once guinely answered.

"You don't have to worry, i'll be just here." He said.

"No, thank you. I have phobia of seawaters." Once said and was about to leave when Marco stopped her.

"Are you leaving already?" He asked, not liking the idea of her leaving.

Once didn't answer him, instead she looked down on a hand holding her arm.

"Let's have some fun while you're here. You wouldn't enjoy Turkey just by taking pictures." He said, eager for her to agree.

"We just met, Sir. And i don't know you. I'm sorry but i don't do fun with strangers." Once said with finality and left him there.
