"Shall we dance?" Ansel held his hand out, offering it to Loralie. She looked up, her eyes red and puffy, as her slightly trembling hand grabbed onto Ansel, still one. Gently, he pulled her toward him, wrapping a hand firmly around her waist as the other hand intertwined their fingers. He moved slowly to begin, eyeing her with his neutral expression locked on her.

She didn't speak, though her bottom lip quivered slightly as the dance slowly went on. He spun her though, and when bringing her back in, he bent down, whispering into her ear, "He didn't deserve your heart, Lora." She still didn't speak as he held her close to his own body. "If anything," he continued, "he doesn't deserve your tears either." "Shut it," Loralie finally spoke, though it was barely above a whisper given how horselike it sounded.

"You know I'm right," he dipped her slightly, making her green eyes stare back into his ocean blue ones. "That doesn't mean I'm not allowed to be sad," she responded back as he pulled her back to his chest. "I´m not saying you can´t be sad; I´m saying don´t waste pathedic tears on a dead man." Her eyes widen slightly as he pulls her up against his chest. "Dead...man?" She questioned; the music they were dancing to felt oh so distant, as if it went deadly silent.

"You think he´d live after what´s he done?" Ansel chuckled slightly before his face turned serious. "No man. And I mean this with such a burning passion. No man should have done what he did. Let alone to you." "So you do actually care for me," Loralie mumbled, casting her gaze onto the white tile floor. Ansel sighed, taking the hand that´s away and putting it under her chin.

Gently, he tilted her gaze back to him, a frown on his face, making him look rather gloomy now. "I have always cared about you. I may act high and mighty, but no one can be as close as you are. Lora, you alone carry my very spirit on this plane, as if you shall ever depart from this mortal plane, so will I." "And if you depart from me first? Then what am I supposed to do then?" She asked, pulling her body away from his as she kept her eyes glued into his gaze. Those eyes were pleading for an answer as it shed every light of vulnerability. He closed his eyes for a moment, putting his now-free hands on his waist, before reopening his eyes.

They held comfort as he shifted his body, leaning forward as if doing a slight bow, his left hand going over his heart. He titled his head up still to meet her gaze as the rest of him stayed bowing, showing his respect to her as if she were a queen. Then he spoke, "If that ever ends up being the case, I´ll fight God and all of his angels before I let my very exit be departed from you."
