Chapter Three~Athena's POV

Hi my name is Athena Butler I'm 17, almost 18. When I was 5 when my mom died while giving birth to my younger brother. After she died my dad started drinking and became abusive so, I decided to run away. I took my baby brother and some clothes and stuff. Without knowing where to go I started walking far from my neighborhood.
I ended up at my kindergarten teacher's house. After that we went to court where she got full custody of us and my dad went to jail. I haven't seen that man since, and I hope I never do.

Athena's POV

I finished recording, when I received a text from my friend, Nyx saying to meet up with her at the airport. Rhea got kicked out by her so-called "friend". I never trusted her. I'm a gamer on YouTube by the way.

Since I was wearing sweat pants and a random shirt, I changed. I went to the kitchen where I found my mom and brother.

"Hey mom. I'm going to the airport. Rhea got kicked out so she's gonna move in with Nyx"

"Okay, but come home early. Tomorrow you have a football/soccer game", she said in a motherly tone.

"Well gotta go. Love you guys"

"Love you too. Drive safe", she said.

I got my bag and went outside to see my beautiful BMW, since I saved a little money to get it. I would save the money that "the man" as it my dad, has to send me every month until I'm 21 and the money I received from family.

While on my way out I found the dad that actually raced me getting home. I quickly hug him.

"Hey dad I'm going to the airport, mom will explain."

"Okay and also you got a special package from YouTube", he said as I just jumped in excitement.

"OMG! I know what it is!!" I said squealing.

"Well I'll see you later. Bye sweetie" he said as he gave me a kiss on the head.

While on my way to the airport I got three milkshakes to share with Nyx and Rhea.

I parked and started walking towards the gate. During that I crashed in to someone.

"I'm so sorry!" I said

"Its ok well I have to go", he said and then walked away.

He had a British accent and a oddly familiar voice. I pushed that thought out of my head as I headed towords Nyx.

"Hey Nyx." I said.

"Hey Athena. Thanks", she said as she grabbed one of the milkshakes.

"I just ran into a guy. Thankfully the milkshakes didn't spill."

"Yeah. Rhea lands in 10 minutes", she said rather casually.

After that I got a notification. Will had tweeted:

"Just ran into a girl at airport, and she sounded oddly familiar"

As I read that, my eyes widened at the realization that I ran in to Will.
