The sun hung low over Camp Wawanakwa, casting an orange glow over the camp's weary contestants. After yet another grueling challenge, Duncan found himself lounging near the dock, away from the chaos of the rest of the campers. His black leather jacket, a signature look, was draped over his shoulder, and a mischievous smirk played on his lips.

He was, without a doubt, one of the most popular—and feared—contestants this season. But it wasn't just his bad boy attitude that caught attention. He had a certain charm that drew people in, even those who didn't admit it.

"Hey, Duncan."

He looked up to see Gwen, her green hair blowing lightly in the breeze. She offered him a soft smile, which he returned with a grin.

"What's up, punk?" he said, leaning back on his hands.

"I was just wondering... if you're free later, maybe we could hang out?" Gwen asked, clearly trying to seem casual.

Duncan's smirk widened. "I've got plenty of time. But, uh, you know, I'm not the type to make plans. I like things to be a bit spontaneous."

Gwen raised an eyebrow but didn't press. She sat down beside him, resting her elbows on her knees.

"Spontaneous, huh? So, what's your idea of fun, then?" she asked, genuinely curious.

Before Duncan could answer, a voice interrupted them.

"Hey, are you two making plans without me?"

It was Courtney, her hands on her hips, giving them both a mock glare. Duncan chuckled.

"Maybe we were, maybe we weren't. What's it to you?"

Courtney rolled her eyes but smiled. "I'm just saying, if you're going to have all the fun, don't leave me out. I'm definitely down for a little adventure." She leaned closer to Duncan, her voice lowering. "I'm sure I could show you a lot of fun..."

Duncan couldn't help but laugh. Courtney was always competitive, but he appreciated her boldness. He wasn't exactly complaining about the attention.

"Well, it looks like I've got some tough decisions ahead," he said with a wink.

Before anything more could be said, another voice cut in.

"I hope I'm not interrupting anything, am I?"

It was Heather, walking towards them with a sultry smile, her perfect hair flowing behind her.

"Oh, don't mind me. Just thought I'd come and see if Duncan needed someone who really knows how to have a good time."

Duncan felt a slight twitch in his grin. It wasn't exactly subtle, but that was Heather for you. Always ready to jump into a situation, usually with the intention of making things more complicated.

"Wow, this is turning into quite the party. What's next, a full-on invasion?" Duncan teased.

"Oh, don't worry. We're all very civilized around here," Heather said with a fake sweet smile, shooting Gwen and Courtney a sly look.

Duncan leaned back again, amused. "You know, I don't mind the company. But I'm not sure I can handle all the competition."

Gwen, ever the skeptic, raised an eyebrow. "Competition? Is that what you think this is?"

Courtney crossed her arms. "Maybe Duncan's just used to being the center of attention."

Duncan's smirk grew wider as he leaned forward. "You could say that. But I think I'm starting to like the idea of all of you fighting for my attention."

Heather raised an eyebrow. "Fight? We don't need to fight, Duncan. We all know who the real winner is here." She gave him a pointed look.

Duncan chuckled, rubbing his chin thoughtfully. "Oh, I'm sure I'm going to enjoy seeing how this plays out."

"Yeah, well, don't get too cocky, Duncan," Gwen warned. "We're all capable of keeping up with your wild side."

Courtney added, "I can be just as unpredictable as you, Duncan. Don't forget that."

And just like that, the tension was building. Gwen, Courtney, and Heather, all vying for Duncan's attention, each one certain that they could keep him interested. Duncan had always been the wildcard, but now, it seemed the stakes were higher than ever.

"Looks like this could be more fun than I thought," Duncan muttered to himself, leaning back on his elbows again as the trio of girls continued to chat around him.

The game was on. And this season, Duncan wasn't sure which of them would win his heart—or if anyone would.

But for now, he was enjoying every minute of the chaos.
