The secrets we keep

Chapter 1

I was in the courtyard with the rest of the gang. Maleficent and I had just sent a group of rats after a girl who looked at Hades. The girl looked scared when she looked at him but who was I to say no to Maleficent. Plus it was a fun idea. Other people in the hallway started screaming as she ran past them. We started laughing, looking at all the chaos that just occurred. I looked over at Hook who was currently laughing with Maleficent. He looked really cute when he reveled in chaos.

We stopped laughing when another girl told us that we shouldn't have done that. Claiming what the girl did was just a mistake and we went too far. It was honestly surprising to see someone stand up to us since it rarely happens. My eyes changed into my green snake eyes and sparkling green magic surrounded the girl. A few seconds later her face was covered in horrible acne and her skin was orange. We all laughed as we watched her and her friends run off.

"Nice job Morgie" Hook said.

"Thanks Hook" I replied.

A guy started walking towards us. I just flashed my snake eyes and let my green magic appear on my finger tips making him back away from us. He ran off to where the girl had gone. Maybe he liked her and wanted to try to stand up to us for her, how sweet.

"When will people learn to stop acting brave and standing up to us?" Maleficent asked.

"Guess we just need to keep making their lives hell on earth" Uliana replied.

We all just laughed as we made our way over to the buffet area. Normally people will move off to the side so we can get our food but after what we did they didn't even form a line. It was great having all these people be scared of us, my mom would definitely be proud. She taught me at a young age that fear meant power. Guess that's part of the reason my horrible father tries to keep us separated. Thankfully I found a way to sneak around to visit her. We went to the dining hall afterwards. 40 minutes after we started eating Bridget showed up with her cart of cupcakes she passes around every week.

"Hi guys, do you want one of my fabulous flamingo feather cupcakes?' she asked.

"Did you seriously need to make the name obnoxious long?" Uliana asked.

Bridget stayed quiet but still gave a polite smile.

"No we don't" she replied before shooing Bridget away.

Honestly I've always wanted to try the cupcakes but I knew Uli wouldn't like it if I did. I don't get why Uliana hated her. Maybe the pink hurt her eyes or she just found bubbly personalities annoying. Guess that would explain why she used to be mean to me, since I'm the nicest out of all of them. Thankfully it's been better lately after she was impressed with my magic and shape shifting ability.

"Why do we have to be in a school with a pink bubble gum princess?" she asked.

"Seriously Uli you're gonna let her get to you" Hook said.

"Yes because she's always nice to us instead of avoiding us like everyone else does" she replied.

We left the dining hall and started walking to class. There were a few people who still hadn't eaten their cupcakes so Uli stole the feathers. We just looked at her weird considering what happened last time she ate them.

"What? They're good, plus I'm not going to eat them all at the same time again" she said.

"If you say so Uli" Hook replied.

I saw Bridget give them the feathers from extra cupcakes she had. We all said bye since the five of us didn't have the same class. Maleficent and Hook had geography class, Uli had study period, Hades and I had magic history class.
