Haven Quinn was one of the princesses of the island-the Kook-Pogue Princess or the simpler term, the People's Princess, but had a troubled traumatic beginning. Dorain Quinn, her father, was a business man and Solane Quinn, her mother, was a ballet dancer. But when she was only a couple of months old, they died in a house fire with the baby being the only one to survive.
Dorain and Solane were doting parents after their baby girl was born, Haven didn't remember much about them because of a certain night-eight months after the birth of the Quinn girl, there was a fire that struck in the household and a man stormed in afterwards, Solane was the first to make a break for it and hide a crying little traumatised baby in a closet after Dorain was shot in the heart which left the baby girl a orphan.
It was a mystery why the murders accured to the people of the town and some suspected that it was to get money while others suspected the family was cursed became it happened that way with most family members from years prior. It was a similar situation to the Genrette family curse, many people compared it to that at the time as the investigation took place for almost a year but nothing was found.
Haven was taken in by the Camerom family as Ward Cameron was the little girl's godfather before the other family members could get the chance, the little girl grew up in the Cameron household for all of the years of her life despite growing up and not wanting to. Haven was a simple child, quiet and unproblematic with a bit of problems.
Haven had heart problems from that was diagnosed at a very young age. She was treated differently, never feeling like she belonged, never knowing her place because she didn't have a normal childhood. She lost too many people to, developing trauma and anger towards the world despite her soft heart. She meet the Pogues at the age of eight because a couple of boys were bullying her and they helped her, becoming friends since. But as time passed, she surrounded herself in bubble wrap, too scared to get out because she didn't want to lose herself or anyone.

Haven was scared of little things-bees, getting out of the bubble wrap, and worst of all, falling in love and not getting broken in the process. She had a boyfriend for the past year and couldn't say the words back to him because she was scared but also found him annoying and rude. She understood what it felt to be in love but she was too scared of it to let herself be.
