"Seth, I've already forgiven you, and it brings me peace. You'll always have a special place in my heart, and I truly hope you find the happiness you deserve." she pulls him in for one last hug and then walks away.
He watched her walk away, a heavy weight settling in his chest. Understanding that he needed to let her go now before he hurt himself even more. His heart ached for her as she pursued the family she had always dreamed of, knowing that sometimes love means allowing the one you care for to seek their happiness, even if it means stepping back.
