Chapter 1

'Who are you?'

The wonderful feelings that Y/n believed she was genuinely in love with the math teacher have grown every day. It was a hard task to accomplish when Zenitsu or even Aoi and Koyuki tried to remind her that she needed to stay calm. While Inosuke stated it was total rubbish, she insisted on staying that way.

"What makes you so smitten with him?" Inosuke asked her once. The pretty boy constantly had a run-in with the math teacher. One detention after another, Shinazugawa sensei sees nothing changed from Inosuke's appearance.

Sensei always remind us that discipline is the key to success but he saw none in Inosuke.

"You didn't know?" Zenitsu said, that while he and Aoi were well informed by Y/n, Inosuke who had a habit of coming and going as he pleased knew nothing.

"I haven't heard any slightest too, would you tell us again?"

"It's because you were hospitalized that time, Koyuki san." Y/n said, "But, oh well, Shinazugawa sensei was so kind." Y/n remembered the day when she potentially embarrassed herself by walking too late to art class.

She didn't realize that her current cycle was supposed to be today but she didn't feel anything. No stomach ache, no signs of breakout on her skin and she remains happy all the time. When she felt a little wet down there, it didn't cross her mind that the first day of her monthly period had actually started.

When her skirt was tainted with a red trail, the third-year students were on the way to the gym and passed her. Some of them noticed her skirt and instead of alarming her, they just spread the information and started snickering or simply gave a judgement eye at her.

The girls eventually tried to talk to her but before Y/n realised what had gone wrong, Shinazugawa sensei already put someone's tracksuit jacket around her waist and escorted her to the infirmary first before attending her next class.

"That was so manly of him." Koyuki agreed, "I don't think any male teacher would do that kind of gesture."

"I don't think Inosuke does that too," said Zenitsu.

"I'd stick to my policy to laugh first then help."

"Then you're a total disappointment." Y/n slapped the back of Inosuke's head and everybody laughed. "Anyway, I was so touched back then and I can't stop admiring him."

"Don't you think you're just adore him? You know, you always said that sensei was so kind and so smart, etc, the list could go on but have you sorted your feelings first before jumping to the conclusion that you are in love with him?" Aoi gave an alarmingly scary question.

"Good point. I would ask the same question but if it was me," Zenitsu emphasized the last part, "She probably hit me in the eye."

Right before Y/n's hand hit her newly found victim, a soft voice along with a delicate yet beautiful figure was standing in the doorway, the class went silent, bewitched by the goddess's appearance which made everybody in the class couldn't stop blinking.

"That's Inosuke's mom," Aoi whispered to her.

"For real? No wonder he was so pretty, her mom is ten times prettier than him."

Inosuke was so quick to change his mood, that he visibly frowned by the presence of his dear mother. The fact that she was here meant that Shinazugawa sensei's warning was true, that he would give a call to his parents to talk about his 'unique' behaviour at school.

Inosuke lazily buttoned up his uniform, took off his boar mask and walked with his mother to what Zenitsu believed - the headmaster's room.

In the name of friendship, Y/n, Zenitsu, Aoi and Koyuki (who were at first so reluctant to come along) have decided to follow Inosuke while maintaining a safe distance between him a.k.a tailing him. It wasn't the headmaster's room at all, so Zenitsu owned a juice for Y/n.

They have patiently waited for Inosuke to come out from the staffroom and when he does, he looks totally surprised. He stated that Shinazugawa sensei just gave a mild lecture to both him and his mother. Y/n envies Inosuke's circumstance and wonders if it's alright if she switches personalities from the good, ideal student to the bad conduct student like him.

Shinazugawa Sanemi, the math teacher known as the strict one, always gave extra attention to his problematic students. Inosuke's may be good in P.E but his academic point is considered to be the lowest for this semester and sensei was so determined to fix him.

While her mind was filled with various strategies to gain the teacher's attention, Inosuke started to introduce his friends to his mom, Kotoha. Zenitsu, who had a terminal disease trying to look all cool and great in front of a beautiful woman started to praise Inosuke's mom.

'What a revolting sight.' Y/n thought, and she tried to look inside the staffroom to pinpoint where Shinazugawa sensei was.

The staffroom, of course, is crowded with the teachers there. Some could maintain the desk all neat while the other one had stacked with a pile of exam papers that waited to be scored and there he was, the math teacher had been checking the binder which she couldn't see clearly.

Y/n gets all fluttered but it doesn't last long when someone stands in front of her, blocking the way to see her favourite teacher. When she looked up, the third-year student gave a smile as if he knew what she was trying to do.

"Did I spoil your fun? Sorry." He said, in an annoying manner that made her fix on his rainbow eyes.

"Yeah, whatever." She quickly said and let her senior leave unharmed because if it was her close friends, she would go ballistic on them.

The fun was totally ruined afterall and when she turned to see her companion, she got her turn to be introduced to Inosuke's mom but sadly, Kotoha's attention was distracted for a bit. And right after the small conversation she made with her son's friends, she left quickly.

"My hand gave a scent like your mom. What is it she was using? A soap? Body lotion or perfume?"

"I don't know, Aoi. I don't use stuff like what mom does but, it's probably the hand lotion." He said.

Koyuki sniffed her hand and Aoi was right, her hand gave a pleasant scent. The girls, including Y/n were pretty hyped about it. "I think it's rose. There's no doubt about it." Koyuki said, "I thought she was working as a tea ceremony teacher."

"Yes, and she gets tired of smelling like matcha so lately she's been using that product." Inosuke then remembered that today her mom would come home late, it'll be him and his dad. If his mom can be late, why he can't? "Guys, what do you think if we went somewhere after school? Can be anywhere, as long as I don't have to come home earlier."

The others started to decide whether they had to go while Y/n said she needs to pass the opportunity. There's something she had to do and that's including giving a lecture material for her dad which he left behind this morning. Her dad got a night class so what he's going to teach depends on when she was able to hand it over.

It was already dark when Y/n accomplished her mission and she was starving now. She should have known that she better join her dad to grab something quick to eat but she was too eager to go home. The only familiar street here was the one that led her to the train station, other than that she didn't dare to take the path.

She needs to be satisfied with a meat bun from the convenience store for now. The hot bun didn't last long due to her empty stomach but it was already late and she refrained from having another one.

Y/n left the store and started to walk to the station's gate when someone she met at school was walking in her direction. She's stopped, her mouth ajar and her throat becomes so dry.

The pair, however, looks surprised as well.

"Inosuke's mom?" It was so hard for her to call her name. She suddenly portrayed Inosuke's face right now.

"Oh dear.."

That's all Kotoha managed to say while her arm was still linked to the younger man.
