My Big Monster

meeting the monster?

When I got to school I look for my only friend Taylor and find her sitting on a bench by herself reading, she's really nice and my best friend were both a bit shy but once we get talking to eachother its hard to shut us up, she' taller than me but only about 5"4 or 5 and shes skinnier too but not sick thin she's just born with a higher metabolism than me, shes got dirty blonde hair and freckles and sometimes wheres these hideous reading glasses, thank god shes not wearing them now I don't think either of us can handle the hassle. I sit down and wait to see if she notices me, she doesn't so I lean in and say loudly in her ear "TAYLOR!!" she lets out a little scream holding her hand to her heart, I suddenly feel much better, she fakes anger at me and pretends to frown even though I can see she's trying not to laugh .. "godsakes you scared me half to death, Anna" I laugh harder and she starts to join in. The bell rings and were still laughing hard trying to stop, we get up and walk in to school and to our lessons. We have homeroom together so we were still chuckling when we walk in there, after homeroom we say our good byes still both smiling broadly and walk to our seperate lessons, Taylor has English, me History, which I actually kind of enjoy. I arrive and take my seat near the back and wait for Mr Daniels to come in, as he walks in he's smiling and addresses the class " Hello everyone today we are going to have a few new students and 2 of those are going to be joining us today, so we have to make them feel welcome, there just getting some paperwork together before they arrive. Now, today...." he continued to dron on but no one was really interested they were all to busy wondering about the new kids, "If 2 were in our class how many in total?" "Were there boys and girls of just boys?" "I like wonder if there hot I like bet there hot?" the last came from the sluts .. i'm sure your shocked. I didn't really know how I felt about the new arrivals, I felt excited like everyone else but also a bit anxious and anticipation.. hmm probably just because I can't talk about my excitement because I'm all on my own and Taylor's in English. I shook my head and decided to focus on the work instead, I know, I'm sorry i'm a major geek.

About 20 minutes into the lesson there was a knock at the door but I didn't really pay much attention until the whole class went silent, I slowly lifted my head and saw the teacher talking to 2 seriously hot boys, Mr Daniels turned to the class and said " OK these are Jace Wright and George Harris" The second boy was tall and blond and looked abit like Thor the god of thunder but it was the first boy, Jace who caught my attention he was buff and a little bit taller than thor and although slighter you could tell who was the leader of the two, Jace, he had dark hair just to his ears not long enough to be shaggy but enough to run your fingers through ... WOAH!!! hold ya horses you don't know him Anna!! I shook my head and refocused on the present, when my eyes refocused on him it was to see him watching me with burning eyes, eyes that made my heart beat faster and my hands sweat, making me feel like in my dreams only this wasn't a dream and it felt like he was the IT that was hunting me and I didn't feel the same level of terror from him either probably because although the look in his eyes worries me the look in them reminds me more of hot, steamy, passionate kisses. Mr Daniels told them to take their seats at the empty spaces at the back on the otherside of the classroom to me and although I was relieved, another part of me was making my heart beat faster because even though he moved, not once did his eyes leave me or my body, it was like that the whole lesson, me feeling him staring and feeling like I was being hunted by him and not necessarially in the bad way. When the bell rang I sprinted out with my books and bag hoping that Taylor would protect me .... yeah I know but she has some pepper spray I think.
