It's past the solitary midnight...
Why are you still awake, in fright?
With thoughts consuming your mind,
Bawling out your eyes till they go void.
Sniffling, tossing and turning around
Till you find salvage from that wound.
Does it hurt, when you scream out loud?
Making sure no one heard the sound.
Talk to me, curse at me, claw me out.
I'll still carry your tears without any doubt.
Embrace me closer, I won't back out.
To give you all the warmth when you feel left out.
Oh so strong and confident in broad daylight,
Look! how she breaks apart at night.
Pull up the duvet and sleep my child,
For how long are you gonna cry.
Let me take you to those dreams
Where the sorrow shuts, joy screams.
Worry not for if it's a nightmare,
I'll make sure you come back here.
Let go of the things that you lost,
Let go of the people who weren't there when you needed them the most.
For there's more to come my warrior,
Make sure to go through every barrier.
And when things gets beyond your control,
Come to me, to find the cure.
Wake up strong, rise and shine,
For it's a new day go out and fight.
But,
Make sure you come back to me at night...
Come back to me at night...

Only my pillow knows...(Poetry)
PoetryThis is a poetry about all the pent up emotions that we hide away in the daylight and when our head finally hits the pillow at night and when our facade finally crumbles down and we let our emotions unbound.
