LETTER

It is a Saturday morning I wake up and hear my mom
mom:sia come down here it's time for breakfast
sia:okay mom
Hi I'm sia I live in Regina, I think my life is pretty much okay and great, there is no drama and anything and I kinda like it that way.
mom:sia I found this letter on the mail for you
sia:a letter? maybe it's from gracie
gracie is my friend since we were just a child but she and family moved to another state but we still communicate though.

calling gracie
sia:hey! I got your letter
gracie:what letter?
mom:I thought you got sia a letter that you're going to visit here
gracie:oh hey there ms.carol
gracie always call my mom like that because she was our teacher
gracie:I didn't yet send the letter that was supposed to be a surprise haha
sia: really you're going to visit omgg I'm so excited hope to see you soon

call ended
I wonder where this email came from I should tell my mom that I'm going to my room so I can
check this out cause something about this letter doesn't feel right
sia:mom can I go to my room
mom:sure si
when I walk upstairs I look at the letter 2036, i felt goosebumps all over my body when I saw that
sia: is this true or is this just a game? what is this? is there even a email in 2036.
I starlted and called gracie immediately
sia:hey grace
gracie:hey si what's up?
sia: so you know that letter I received it is from the future
gracie: really that's not a fraud or someone try na trick you
sia: I don't know I didn't open it yet

I open the letter and read it to gracie
sia:this is what it says, dear past me, you might be confused why I give you this letter from the future and yes this is you from the future don't be scared I just need you to do one thing stop the Apophis it is an asteroid that will come your way on 2036 if you want to save us all go to the NASA station and tell them that it is going to crashed on earth don't stop sia I know you can do this help the future. from future self.

as we saw the administrator we told him that in 2036 there will be an asteroid
that will crushed on earth but he didn't believe it that made the guards take us out me and gracie was devastated and think that there's nothing we can do about it and was going to wait for our family outside

administrator:hmmm those kids are playing tricks an asteroid going to crashed earth
scientist:but administrator what if those kids are right we should use the telescope to insure it
administrator: perhaps okay try it
and they found and asteroid that was going fast towards earth they calculated it and it was going to be in 2029,2036 or 2068
the administrator called gracie and sia to work with them and they were happy.

the day had come sia, gracie and the other scientist held a giant machine that could destroy the asteroid and it did they were very happy and celebrate along the way the administrator said it's been 10years of training and you two got it
and he give us the key to a new house with all scientist stuff me and gracie was so happy we also treated our family,co workers and everyone for this success I thought I was just a simple girl living in a simple world with me and my bestie gracie,my family had no drama, adventure or anything but look what the plot twist of the world give to us just because of that letter from the future. *smiled and look at the stars*
