I mean I do love my people,yes,but I wasn't ready to become queen,never." I have to find a way to escape from here".Aubrey, Aubrey,my mom yelled,'bow down "after the whole ceremony and introduction to the important people of auradon,I took pardon from the king (my dad),I ran upstairs with full speed,i couldn't just get a hold of myself, I started having these mixed talks in my head whether,I should just face reality and become queen according to my father's wishes,or I should run away with no second thought,I didn't even have much time to think ,and my mum already called me to meet the Head of the King's guard,I knew him pretty much,but I never liked him to be honest,he always gave my dad bad advice,and my dad followed his orders blindly like it was some voodoo or magic trick,I stumbled my way downstairs, without caring about my looks in front of a thousand guests , The head of the King's guard,Jace, took me by my hand and gently placed his forehead on it , like some gentle man that he wasn't,come to think of it ,he was actually a young lad in his early 20's I'll say,he was quite handsome,he had a very fascinating jawline,deep blue eyes and a perfect shaped nose,his father was also the head of the King's guard ,but he just retired two years ago,due to illnesses and old age,his ancestors too had been king guards ,that was why his family and the royal family (mine)had a strong bond, wasn't it weird that my parents decided to introduce me to him, even though they were strictly against me talking to boys,I remember when I was in grade 7 in the school of royal, there was this very good friend of mine which was a boy,one day my guards came to school to pick me up in the carriage,and the King's guards saw me playing roughly with him,so they thought we were fighting,we were separated and my family and his came to a final agreement that we should never see eachother again,and he had to transfer to another royal school,it was very depressing for me , because,since that day no one wanted to be my friend again, cause they all thought they'll all have to transfer schools if they were caught talking to me, isn't it so weird since I was a child till now,I don't have a say in my life,but everyone does, including random civilians.I concluded,i had to leave this hellhole,I set aside all the important stuffs in a little backpack,I sneaked into the kitchen to get some foodstuffs that lasts me till who knows when,I opened the fridge and took two cans of milk,some cheesebutter,eggs,and my favourite chocolate,I had the key to the royal cabinets where all the goodstuffs where , my hand was so full of so many foodstuffs,I started to question myself if what I had took would be noticable,but before my brain could process anything,BOOM!!!!!,cups,plates and spoons clattered on the floor.
