Melody is the daughter of the Pied Piper, who is a teacher at Ever After High. While her father has the habit of summoning rats whenever he blows on his trumpet, each time Melody deejays, mice tend to dance along.
Melody is a DJ with considerable talent, if the fact that she's Briar Beauty's favorite is anything to go by.

Romance

Melody does not have a boyfriend, although she has asked Sparrow

Melody wears a dirty yellow top with wavy blue sound patterns on it. She wears a lavender-colored skirt with flowing flower patterns and a criss-cross stitch with purple beads and frilly yellow lining. She wears a black leather jacket with bear-shaped silver buttons and a bright white zipper. She accessorizes with a black choker with black-holed circles. Melody also wears a set of headphones wherever she goes. Lastly, Melody wears purple-gray stockings with grape purple swirls and black sneaker wedges with purple-gray layered heels.Melody appears to be good friends with Briar Beauty and C.A. Cupid. Madeline Hatter is one of her fans but it is unknown if the two are friends or not. She is also acquainted with Dexter Charming and Humphrey Dumpty, who she helped with the online vote for Thronecoming King & Queen.

But then all the girls stepped of the podium and headed to the gym . all the girls walked into the gym it was decorated in black pink and purple steamers hanging from the Celling and as the walked in they had to put there vote in for prom queen and kings for the prom , melody had made her way to her dj both and put her record on the dj track and every one stared dancing she had had the most beautiful romantic song for the prom queen and king she played a game every time she tried to spot couples who are possible winners

She spotted Ashlynn and hunter dancing together perfectly and peaceful and staring into each other's eyes they could win but the fact that they have set the trend for royals and rebel for dating but some people were against it

By the time she got to the next couple her song was over which meant Apple was going to announce the couple or prom friends " hit it " melody said into her microphone

Then Apple said " so the king is " Apple took the card headmaster gave it to Apple then she opened it slowly and said

" Wow Alistair " congrats "

Alistair made his way to the stage

Melody laughed she was sad for the girl who had to dance with Alistair I mean she really did feel sad

Then Apple opened the card slowly as she did wit the first " melody piper you're the queen "

The people who worked spotlight had put it on melody and people cheered and Apple put the crowns on both of them then it was time for the dancing part

Melody frozen in the light she slowly made it to the floor

Alistair put out his hand out Melody " quickly she said this will end quickly "then her romantic song came on that she chose for the dance but Alistair said " I see this as revenge for those chat messages " what do you mean " melody replied . as they shifted from fast ballroom dancing to very slow every one had there eyes on melody and Alistair even bunny ." why are you slowing down "melody said fake smiling then Alistair said in a nice voice " just slow dance ing " then he dropped melody and pulled her up slow he was clinging on to her then the song ended and melody ran out of the gym she just couldn't take it all the spotlight .
