It always happens to me that I get clumsy when it comes to showing what's on my bag at security. I get so nervous that at some point I'm going to have something illegal (which I don't) and I'm going to end up in jail. All this was on my head on the last 45 seconds the lady inspected my bag.
"You're good to go". She woke me up from my thoughts.
I took a step inside the venue, open air, a decent stage, a bunch of emo kids walking past me. I shrugged my shoulders at me wearing an all black outfit. Seemed like I was part of this ritual. I made my way to the side of the stage and find a small group of people that also has a camera hanging from their neck. I give them a smile and focus on the messages I got on my cellphone. "Are you already in? We have to do a meet and greet in 5. See you there".

I was so hung up on this message that I didn't realize there were more than 50 people around me. Everyone waiting to meet the bands. I looked at my left and saw the backstage. I walked away as far as I could. I need to keep my distance, I don't want to look desperate.
The bands started to come out. Fans screaming and hovering every artist. I tried to take as many photos as I could. Until I saw him. I let out a gasp. He was looking extremely handsome. A black T-shirt that let his tattoos be seen, black skinny jeans and white vans. He was wearing a cowboy hat above his black long hair. His eyes were covered with yellow glasses that made him look very edgy. I was awake from my dream by someone crushing my arm by running towards him. Suddenly there were more than 10 girls surrounding him.

"Danielle! Such a pleasure to see you!" Arthur greeted me with a big hug.
"Is nice to see you too, Arthur. Thank you for inviting me". I reply. My eyes couldn't leave the interaction he was having with the fans.
"I hope you enjoy this show. It was mainly created as a charity event". Arthur keeps on giving me details on the event but I can only watch as the cowboy man laughs and his white and perfectly aligned teeth are shown. Such a big contrast with his black mustache. I smile too.
"Are you laughing at me?" Arthur's question caught me off guard.
"No, no , no... I'm just happy to be here, thank you for inviting me" Now I'm looking at Arthur, he seems different. "A new haircut?" I ask.
"Finally! I thought you wouldn't notice" he claims. "I wanted a change. My band is going through some changes as well and it seemed like the perfect time to change my haircut and my style. What do you think?" He spins around and models for me.
"I think you look great. It suits you" I give a big thumbs up. He is about to say something but is interrupted by a fan asking for a photo.
"Please feel free to explore the place, I have to do this for a while" He apologizes with a big smile on his face. I smile back.

Arthur has always been really nice with me. I think he fancies me since we first met at a Cigarettes After Sex concert. We were both alone, he approached to me and started a conversation. It's been only five months and a couple of dates, that I wouldn't call dates, we just hang around, but he has shown interest in me, but I was very clear when I said I wasn't ready to be in a relationship. Is not that I don't like Arthur, I think he has a huge heart and is a really funny guy, not the most attractive one but he's got something. But I just don't want to jump into a relationship this soon. Almost two years ago I was still with my ex, who I thought it was the love of my life, but it end up being the worst relationship that I've had. I only have one thing to thank him: the music industry. He was also a musician so I got myself involved in this industry, that it isn't as nice as it seems.

I was so caught up on my thoughts that I didn't realize he was just a few steps away from me. I panicked and move away. When will I stop feeling nervous whenever he's around? I keep watching the meet and greet from afar. Arthur catches my glance and waves at me, telling me to approach. I make my way to where he is.

"Do you want something to eat? Are you okay? You seem a little pale" He asks.
"I'm alright. I get nervous every time I have to take photographs. I feel like I'm gonna mess it up" I get shy.
"But you're do god at it! Enjoy it! Enjoy the music. The first band starts in a few minutes" Arthur gives me a quick hug and leaves to the backstage area.
"Are you Arthur's girlfriend?" I turn around to the person who's asking. A very young and emo girl.
"N-no" I stutter. "We're really good friends" I add, feeling my cheeks going red. She just laughed at me and went closer to the stage.
