The return of Bark #5

Chapter 5

Tiny awoke hearing the front door open as she ran out of her room and looked to see what was happening.

"Of course" Said Lou "come on in"

She watched as Bark walked and whispered to herself

"I didn't invite him, why is he here?"

"He's here because of me" P.U.P whispered behind her

Tiny jumped and let out a silent yelp

"don't sneak up on me" she whispered "why did you invite him?"

She seemed happy yet a little frustrated

"I know I should have talked to you first, but last time we talked it wasn't on good terms, I was thinking I could spend the day with him and see if it's safe for you to be around him" He said in a concerned tone

Tiny sneakily glanced at Bark talking to Lou "Alright, just please try to get a long... what do you even plan on doing today? she asked 

"I was thinking about taking him down to the studio, maybe hearing some raps will give him ideas if he really is trying to improve"

Tiny nodded in approval and started walking to her room.

"Tiny?" P.U.P said

"Yeah?" she replied

"Be safe, and watch after our pups while I'm gone" he said as he walked down stairs to greet Bark

she nodded and walked into the room

"yo wassup dog" P.U.P said as he walked up to Bark

"H-hey home-dog" Bark nervously replied

P.U.P looked at him "Leave the slang to me, be yourself"

"Right, sorry" he replied in his normal tone "we just haven't really spoken much, guess I am nervous is all"

P.U.P looked towards Lou motioning for her to politely leave the room

"Ima go make breakfast for tiny and the pup" Lou said pointing over her shoulder as she left the room

Bark looked at P.U.P "So what are we doing today?"

"I thought we'd take a look around town and go visit some music gigs" P.U.P looked cheerful

Bark relaxed as he said "well then, I shall follow you"

P.U.P made his way out the door and Bark followed him close behind, P.U.P glanced back a couple times to see Bark, he looked upset, as if bothered by something.

P.U.P (I wonder what's going on in his mind, oh well, doesn't matter to me) he looked forward again as he walked into an alley.

Bark began looking around the alley "you know some street rappers around here or some?" he nervously asked

as Bark looked back to P.U.P he realized that he was gone

"P.U.P?" 

he looked around cautiously when all of a sudden Bark was pounced on by a bunch of street cats, they quickly pinned him down as he squirmed under the cat pile, frantically looking for P.U.P. Bark tried to stand when all of a sudden he heard P.U.P speak

"What do you really want with Tiny?

Bark looked up to see P.U.P standing in the alley "I'm trying to be a better dog, you already kn-"

Bark was cut off by a loud bark from P.U.P

"Cut the lying, you dognapped her TWICE, took our pups, tried to ruin Christmas for the whole world, dogs like you don't change" P.U.P looked angry as he spoke

"Believe me or not, I am trying my best to do better" he nervously spoke

P.U.P got closer to Bark "I will allow you to keep your thing going with Tiny for now, but if I ever even feel like you have some darker plan, you will be dealt with" all the cats got off Bark as P.U.P slid a can of tuna from his bag over to a nasty looking cat with a big scar on her eye

"pleasure doing business" the cat said with a hiss as they all left.

Bark got up from the ground slowly "I promise I have no intentions of harming you or anyone in your family, I am only trying to improve" Bark said with a whimper

"Lets return, if anyone asks, we went to the studio to practice your rhymes, got it?" P.U.P said with a snip

"Yes, sir" bark said carefully

They both returned to the house. Bark following behind, when they walked in they were greeted at the door by Tiny and Charlie, Tiny immediately gave P.U.P a nuzzle and Charlie watched Bark in silence.

"how was it you two?" Tiny said cheerfully

"It was very good" said Bark "I got to see the studio and learned a lot from P.U.P today"

"Good!"  Tiny exclaimed "We will be using that practice another day, but come on in"

"No thank you, I should get going to the bark easy, they need me there right now to run thing" Bark immediately left without letting another word get said to him

P.U.P walked inside and up to his and Tiny's room as he laid down and let out a sigh. Tiny laid next to P.U.P for a moment.

"Are you okay?" she asked curiously

"I am now" He said as he rested his head on her and fell asleep.
