Landing behind the demon he set off a few blasts, just enough to throw the demon forward and down to his knees but not enough to set the whole place on fire.
"Bakugo be careful!"
"I know!" He shouted back to Tanjiro. "Damn these trees right now..."
The demon father let off another loud roar as he tried to swing at Inosuke again who was the closest, but Tanjiro saw it first and jumped towards him in hopes of slicing right through his arm. "Water breathing...second form...water wheel!"

A tall quiet figure loomed over the deceased bodies of some of the Demon Slayer Corp members. He didn't speak as his eyes roamed around each one of their faces. His own remained serious and emotionless despite what lay before him, almost as if he'd seen this too many times to count. His unruly black hair was tied back into a ponytail at the base of his neck while his bangs continued to fall over his deep sapphire eyes.
He wore the same Demon Slayer uniform, except his haori was split down the middle into two different patterns. The right which was a solid dark red and the left which consisted of a variety of green, orange and yellow colors with a geometrical pattern.
"Where you acquainted with any of them?" A feminine voice asked from behind. Her big purple eyes trying to study any reaction that the other Hashira may show. When she saw the same unbothered expression, she flicked her short wavy black hair away from her shoulders as she too let her eyes look around. "There don't seem to be any survivors around her. We were informed that several newer Mizunoto's had joined the battle, but they might be dead by now don't you think Tomioka?"
"Let's go."

"It's no use! It won't cut through!" The skin was too thick to slice through the demon father regardless of how sharp his sword was. No matter what Tanjiro did it just wouldn't cut. It was when he realized that the creature was about to attack with his other hand that Inosuke intervened and instead tried to cut through his other arm.
"It's no good. His body is so tough!"
Throwing them both outward, the demon father quickly began dodging the explosions Bakugo shot at him as the explosive hero flung himself through the air to try and keep the creature from the others.
"Over here you creepy piece of shit!"
"None of my technics work!" Tanjiro gritted his teeth as he gracefully landed on one of the rocks. "This is bad! What do I do?"
Growling the demon started sprinting towards Tanjiro once more. "I'll say it again, so you understand! Don't come near my family!"
"Hey you! What are you looking at?! Eyes over here-all nine of them!" Inosuke shouted as he began charging at the demon again to try and take off its neck. But instead, he was roughly swatted away and towards Bakugo before they both slammed back into the river.
"Guys!" Mina desperately shouted as she walked out of the trees with a barely conscious Uraraka leaning next to her. "What's going on?!"
Sluggishly raising her head Uraraka could vaguely see through the blood dripping down her face. "B-Bakugo?"
Turning his head, Bakugos eyes widened when he saw the two girls on the other side of the river and barely standing. Relief was instantly replaced with worry when he saw the demon father turn his attention to them. "Watch out!"
"Angel!" Swiftly jumping to his feet, Inosuke swung his swords up to block another attack as the demon tried to swing his arms at the girls.
"What is that thing?!" Mina screeched in terror as they jumped back.
