A/N-

Guys this is my first story so bare with me.

Maya's pov- 

I get out of the car looking at this new trashy trailer my mom's boyfriend lives in. "

mom, do we really have to live here??"

 I pick Luke up and look at mom.

"Yes maya, now go inside and get me a beer, and hurry your ass up" 

Eleana says demanding and annoyed at the same time. After about a minute  I comes out with a beer and hand it to mom.

"There, happy now?"

I says with some sarcasm in my voice. 

"You better watch your tone young lady"

"I'm sorry, can I go to help Katherine at the clinic? She needs some help"

I asks hurriedly and happily waiting for her answer.

"Yea, yea, just get out of my face and take that with you" She points to luke that's laying on the steps 

I squeals of excitement and hops in my car making sure to put Luke in his car seat and buckling him up. 

"Thanks mom"

I starts driving to the clinic when my newborn baby brother start's crying.

"Crap." 

I yells getting frustrated.

"Luke, can you make it 5 more minutes?"

She asks her baby brother knowing he can't answer. We finally arrived at the clinic but Luke won't stop crying. I walk in carrying Luke and see Katherine already standing there waiting for us. I smile at her as I walk in. 

"Maya, hon, omg it's been so long and I see you died your hair" She gives me a small hug and points out my new hair color.

"yeah, it's good to be here and see you, and yes I just added a few highlights to brighten it up, I'm glad it's still glossy and smooth"

I look at her and walk over and set Luke down in the nursery we have there for the workers babies, I feed him and change his diaper fast before changing into clothes for surgery.

"alright, lets get to work." 

Katherine says diming the lights to start X-rays on dog's. We finally finish for the day so i grab Luke and say bye to Katherine as she drives home I soon do the same. When I get home I put Luke in his crib and flop onto mine afterwards, Slowly falling asleep. I wake up to my alarm going of meaning I have to get up and ready for school. I shower first, then get dressed into a black top with white ripped jeans and a flannel over top, I do my skin care and grab my backpack, I grab Luke from his crib and dress him quickly and get out the door. I put Luke in his car seat and start driving him to daycare. I drop Luke off at daycare and start driving to school being lucky to be there a bit early. I look at my schedule and walk into my first class and there I see....

"Alex?"
