So you some how found my book or should I say master piece so your a lucid dreamer, got anger issues or just a stressful Pearson keep reading because this simple meditation method will help you with all three of the above aspects.

Meditation is actually to transform the mind and what it can do for you or what it does for me is it let's me let go off all the stress from the day and disconnect from the real world for a little, or it can be used as a practice for lucid dreaming which I also use it for as it will help you with the wild technique because it helps you focus on one thing instead of many or one thought instead of many, maybe you have anger issues if so then the simple little technique is meant for you and there are many more positive results, but I will mainly focus on the ones mentioned.
