"No, I want to stay with you. I can't go home by myself."

"You have school in the morning boy."

"He can stay with me." I speak up. "I can take him to school."

"Seriously?"

"Yea it's no thing, he can stay with me while you're in here too if it's fine with the both of you."

"Leon? It's only until I get out." Lena said.

"And we can come by everyday after school if you want." I say.

"Okay." Leon says. "So can I not go today?"

"Absolutely not, you know you're pushing truancy."

"Okay fine."

We stayed for a little while longer before saying our goodbyes. Walking out, I saw Dr. T from a distance and I couldn't shake the feeling that I've seen that man before. Anyways, I took Leon by his mom's house to get some clothes and his school things before going back to the apartment. When we got there, it was almost 6. I told Leon he could sleep in Maj's old room. He still had another two hours before he had to be at school so he went to lay down. I checked on Fatima and saw she was asleep so I chilled in my room.

I took a power nap since I didn't get too much sleep. When I woke up, it was going on 7 so I got up to make some breakfast. I decided on some waffles, eggs, sausage, and mixed berries.

While I was in the middle of cooking, Fatima had walked in through the door. I'm sure she'd just got done with her run.

"Good morning." I say. "Good morning," She said opening the fridge and grabbing a water.

"Good run?" I ask. "Very." She said before taking a sip of the water.

"Cool. Leon is here, his mom is in the hospital so he'll be staying for a bit."

"Is his mom okay?"

"Yea, doc said she'll be fine."

"Good. Awe I finally get to meet your little twin."

"Yea, I gotta take him to school so we might be gone by the time you get out of the shower. I'll leave your plate in the microwave."

"Okay, thank you."

"No problem."

Fatima went to her room to do her thing and I finished cooking. When I was done, I made all of our plates. I put Fatima's in the microwave and sat me and Leon's at the table. I woke him up and after getting himself together her came out to eat.

"You good today?" I ask him and he nods. "Okay, if you aren't, let me know. Let me know if and how I can fix it." I tell him.

"I will." He says. "Alright, what time you get out of school?"

"3:30"

"Bet, we'll go see your mom for a minute and do you want to go to the center today or no?"

"No."

"Alright good cause I don't either." I say and he laughs.

We talk for a bit while eating, then he got dressed while I cleaned. Soon we were out of the door.

The door opened, and in walked Zac. He sat his keys down on the table by the door and greeted me. "What's up?" He said.

"Nothing. Go to sleep, you look tired." I tell him and he walked over to the table sitting down.
